PM: The Yemeni resistance decision in Bab al-Mandab is for a legal, objective, moral and strategic reason

Acting Prime Minister Abdulaziz Bin Habtoor affirmed that the Palestinian cause has evolved into a matter concerning free peoples, with the axis of resistance playing a pivotal role throughout this period.

In an exclusive interview with Al-Masirah, Bin Habtoor referred to the Battle of the Al-Aqsa Storm, explaining that the Palestinian resistance strategically planned during an exceptional moment in history.

He argued that the Zionist entity has practically collapsed strategically and morally as it was primarily brought in to protect entities associated with the United States.

Bin Habtoor highlighted the Palestinian resistance’s ability, within a record period of 17 years of siege, to develop itself militarily, in terms of security, culture, and logistics.

He criticized the outcome of the summit of 57 Arab and Islamic countries in Riyadh, deeming the statement issued by the Islamic summit as feeble, failing to fulfill its duty.

Regarding Yemeni sovereignty over the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait, the Prime Minister affirmed that it is unequivocally Yemeni. He emphasized that Yemen’s resolute decision in Bab-el-Mandeb is grounded in legal, objective, ethical, and strategic reasons.

“We tell the world that Yemen today is a significant player, and we did not go to America, China, or Russia; we are on our land, standing in solidarity with Gaza,” Bin Habtoor said. He affirmed that the message of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badreddin al-Houthi, was clear: whoever comes to attack Yemen, we will respond by land, sea, and air.

Ben Habtoor added: “We will not stop, negotiate, or engage in dialogue until the Zionist entity ceases its aggression against Gaza.” He hailed the steadfastness of the Yemeni people who stand firm, patient, and resilient, rallying in all arenas to support the people in Palestine and Gaza, mourning the blood of Yemeni, Palestinian, Lebanese, and Iraqi martyrs.

“Those who say that resistance is reckless or daring are losers who do not understand the political and international reality,” he added, affirming that the defeated have bred and molded their people into defeatism.

He confirmed that Sana’a utilized the Bab-el-Mandeb card with Yemeni popular will and under the guidance of the Leader of the Revolution because the people in Gaza need support, considering that the results of the war on Gaza will lead to new alliances as it is a regional war with international dimensions.

Additionally, the Prime Minister called on Saudi Arabia and the Emirates to remove their hands from Yemen, adding that Yemenis are capable of solving their problems themselves. He pointed out that Yemenis were on the verge of an agreement before the US-Saudi aggression on the country.

Bin Habtoor affirmed that the regime in Sana’a stood against Saudi Arabia and the Emirates because they were killing Yemenis, emphasizing that those who betrayed Yemen and sought refuge in the arms of Saudi Arabia and the Emirates remain traitors, and traitors are outside the popular consensus.

In conclusion, Bin Habtoor emphasized the importance of self-will and intellectual, cultural, and methodological construction in the hearts of generations.
