Sayyid Houthi Announces New Deterrence Equation Against Israel

In a speech delivered on Thursday, Sayyid Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi, the leader of Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement, revealed a new deterrence equation aimed at preventing Israeli and Israel-affiliated ships from passing through the Indian Ocean and the Horn of Africa.

Sayyid Al-Houthi emphasized the continuous development of capabilities and the ongoing expansion of their stance in terms of its range, effectiveness, and impact. He announced the prohibition of ships associated with Israel from crossing even through the Indian Ocean, in the direction parallel to South Africa, towards Israel. He stressed the necessity of ending the siege on the people of Gaza, stopping the starvation of Gaza’s inhabitants, and halting the tragedy of children dying from hunger in Gaza. He clarified that their position is continuously escalating, and their capabilities – with Allah’s help – are continuously developing, and that the Americans, regardless of their actions, will not be able to stop them from supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Expanding Military Operations

Sayyid Al-Houthi confirmed their serious intention to continue and persist with effectiveness and to expand the range of their operations to reach areas and locations that the enemy never expected. They are heading, with Allah’s help and His assistance, to prevent the passage of ships associated with the Israeli enemy even through the Indian Ocean and from South Africa towards the Cape of Good Hope. He explained that they have already started to execute their operations associated with this step across the Indian Ocean and from South Africa towards the Cape of Good Hope.

He clarified that there is no choice for the Americans and the British, except to stop the aggression on Gaza and to stop starving the people in Gaza. The continuation of the Americans in providing cover and full support for the Israeli enemy to starve the Palestinian people in Gaza will not be silenced or watched. Their human conscience, religion, morals, dignity, honor, and affiliation to Islam, prohibit them from watching the oppression of Palestine or remaining silent about it.

12 Naval Operations

Sayyid Al-Houthi said: “The support operations this week were 12 operations targeting ships and barges and were executed with 58 ballistic missiles, winged missiles, and drones in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, and the Gulf of Aden. Our operations this time reached unprecedented ranges and 3 operations reached the Indian Ocean with Allah’s help.”

He pointed out that the total targeted ships and barges reached 73 ships and barges, confirming that the military operations are continuing with escalation, effectiveness, and impact, and thanks to Allah, their results are known.

American Stubbornness

Sayyid Al-Houthi confirmed that the American is stubborn and insists on continuing the aggression and siege on Gaza and protecting Zionist crimes instead of understanding the correct step. He explained that the correct position is to stop the aggression on Gaza, and to stop the siege on the Palestinian people in Gaza. He added that the American does not heed the voice of reason and logic to stop the aggression on Gaza and deliver food and medicine to the people of Gaza, but rather heads to the aggression on Yemeni soil with continuous bombing.

Furthermore, he clarified that what the American did this week from bombing operations with raids and naval bombing reached 32 bombing operations and raids, pointing out that all these operations had no impact. He confirmed that the effects of the American raids and bombing are negligible towards the missile capabilities and the drones, and towards the continuation of the operations effectively in confronting them, and in preventing the ships associated with the Israeli enemy.

Sayyid Al-Houthi said: “The stubbornness of the American and the British and their continuation of the aggression on our country in support of the Israeli enemy will not stop our operations and will not limit our capabilities, adding that the American-British aggression will not affect the course of the escalating operations in the ranges and in the momentum and in the accuracy and in the power, confirming that our operations are continuing as long as the aggression and the siege on Gaza continues.”
