Today, Sunday, demonstrations took place in a number of European cities in solidarity with the Palestinian people and in support of the Gaza Strip, which has been subjected, for 163 days, to an Israeli aggression that has left tens of thousands martyred, wounded and missing.

In the city of Stuttgart, southwestern Germany, hundreds gathered in a solidarity stand with Palestine in which they carried Palestinian flags. Protesters also raised banners in support of the people of the Gaza Strip and calling for an end to the war.

Demonstrations also took place in Berlin and other German cities, and participants demanded an end to government support for Israel and a ban on the export of German weapons to Israel.

In the Dutch capital, Amsterdam, a huge car march took place in support of Palestine. The cars that roamed the city’s streets were decorated with Palestinian flags, and slogans such as “Palestine will be free” were raised.

In Sweden, massive demonstrations took place in the city of Malmö and Göteborg (south), during which protesters carried large flags of Palestine and raised a banner in the city’s largest square that read “Intifada.” They delivered words of solidarity with the Gaza Strip and called for an end to the war and the starvation.

The city of Malaga, southern Spain, witnessed a solidarity demonstration with Gaza, during which participants denounced the ongoing Israeli war on the Strip since the seventh of last October.

Several countries around the world, including France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, witnessed similar demonstrations yesterday, Saturday, in which participants raised slogans calling for ending the siege, stopping the aggression, and enacting a law criminalizing all forms of normalization with “Israel.”
