The armed forces shot down the sixth American MQ9 aircraft in Marib governorate

Today, Wednesday, the Armed Forces announced that an American MQ9 fighter spy plane was shot down while it was conducting hostilities over Marib governorate with a locally made missile.
This is the sixth plane of the same model to be shot down since the start of the battle to support Gaza.
The Armed Forces confirmed that, as part of the victory over the oppression of the Palestinian people and the response to the American-British aggression against our country, the air defense forces of the Yemeni Armed Forces, with the help of God Almighty, succeeded at dawn this Wednesday in shooting down an American MQ-9 aircraft while it was carrying out hostile missions in over Marib governorate, adding that the targeting process was carried out with a locally made surface-to-air missile, and the projection scenes will be distributed.
The armed forces indicated that the operation to shoot down the plane came only days after another plane of the same type was shot down over Al-Bayda governorate, adding that the plane was the sixth of this type that was shot down during the Battle of the Promised Conquest and the Holy Jihad in support of the Palestinian people.
The Yemeni Armed Forces reiterated their emphasis on continuing, with the help of God Almighty, to develop their defensive capabilities to confront the American-British aggression and all hostile forces, and to continue their victory for the oppressed Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip until the aggression stops and the siege is lifted.
The military media distributed scenes of the American plane being targeted with a surface-to-air missile and the plane being directly hit ,what is surprising is that the missile passed the plane and then fell on the plane, hitting it in the upper side, which means that the armed forces were able to completely defeat this type of plane.
On May 21, the Armed Forces announced the downing of an American MQ9 fighter spy plane while it was carrying out hostilities over Al-Bayda governorate with a locally made missile.
This is the fifth plane of the same model to be shot down since the start of the battle to support Gaza, where A plane was shot down on May 17 in Marib governorate, a plane was shot down in Saada on April 26, 2024, and a plane was shot down in Hodeidah on February 19, 2024, in addition to a plane being shot down on the West Coast on November 8, 2023.
