President Al-Mashat declares three days of mourning and lowering flags for the martyrdom of leader Ismail Haniyeh

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, the President of the Supreme Political Council, declared three days of mourning and lowering flags for the martyrdom of the head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, the Mujahid leader Ismail Haniyeh.

In a statement of condolence, President Al-Mashat expressed his sincere condolences and sympathy to the Palestinian people and Hamas movement for the painful loss of the martyrdom of leader Ismail Haniyeh, who was martyred with one of his brothers in a Zionist raid that targeted his residence in Tehran.

He pointed out that the martyr Ismail Haniyeh was an example of the loyal Muslim Mujahid leader who spent his life in jihad against the criminal Israeli enemy, stressing that his martyrdom is a great loss for the Palestinian people and the entire Islamic nation.

His Excellency the President condemned the heinous assassination crime committed by the Zionist enemy, which has been floundering in its abject failure on all levels since October 7th until today, stressing that Yemen stands and will stand with all its strength alongside the Mujahideen in Hamas movement and the entire axis of resistance.

He noted that the Zionist and American enemy must bear the responsibility for expanding the arena of war and confrontation and the wave of assassinations it is practicing against the leaders of the resistance.
