Sayyed Ali Khamenei: Revenge for Haniyeh’s blood is Iran’s duty because he was martyred on our soil

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, offered his condolences over the martyrdom of the head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh.
Following the martyrdom of the great Mujahid Sayyed Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of Hamas, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Sayyed Ali Khamenei, in a statement, offered his condolences to the Islamic nation, the resistance front, and the proud Palestinian people over the martyrdom of this brave and prominent Mujahid leader.
His Eminence stressed that the criminal and terrorist Zionist entity has paved the way for a harsh punishment with this act, and we consider it our duty to avenge his blood as he was martyred on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution said, The brave and prominent Palestinian Mujahid leader, Sayyed Ismail Haniyeh, passed away to his Lord at dawn last night, and grief has descended on the resistance front.
The criminal and terrorist Zionist entity targeted our dear guest in our home and saddened us, leading to his martyrdom, but it also paved the way for a harsh punishment for itself.
He added, Martyr Haniyeh carried his precious soul for many years in his hand, moving in the arenas of honorable struggle and preparing for martyrdom, sacrificing his children and family on this path.
He was not afraid of becoming a martyr for the sake of God and saving the servants of God, but we consider it our duty in this bitter incident to avenge his blood as he was martyred in the lands of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
His Eminence offered his condolences to the Islamic nation, the resistance front, and the brave and proud people of Palestine, especially to the family of Martyr Haniyeh and his companion who was martyred with him, and I ask God Almighty to grant them high ranks
