In Pictures: Historic Mass Rally in Sana’a: “Loyalty to the Blood of Martyrs… With Gaza Until Victory”
The capital city of Sana’a witnessed an unprecedented human flood today in a rally titled “Loyalty to the Blood of Martyrs… With Gaza Until Victory,” expressing support for the resounding response to the Zionist enemy by the Axis of Resistance.
The crowds, which included representatives of Palestinian resistance movements and factions, asserted that this massive public turnout is a clear expression of support for the forthcoming practical steps and significant military response by the Axis of Resistance to the crimes of the Zionist enemy and its continued targeting of civilians and resistance leaders.
The participants conveyed their condolences for the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, Martyr of Palestine and the Ummah, as well as the martyr leader Foad Shukr, and all the martyrs of the resistance in Palestine, Lebanon, and Iraq.
The millions of participants reaffirmed their solidarity with the Palestinian people and their just cause, supporting their brave resistance until the cessation of the fascist Zionist aggression and the lifting of the blockade on Gaza.
They reiterated their commitment to continue large-scale marches, public mobilization, and recruitment to show the enemies that their crimes will only increase the nation’s unity, interaction, and steadfastness in facing the aggressors until victory is achieved.
The human flood in Al-Sabeen Square embodied the steadfastness and resolute stance of the Yemeni people and their wise leadership, who support and back the Palestinian people and their heroic fighters in Gaza and the occupied territories, undeterred by any aggression, no matter its scale.
With a voice that shook the enemy, the millions confirmed their continued mobilization and recruitment to confront the forces of global aggression and terrorism—America, Israel, and Britain. They demanded the Yemeni armed forces and the Axis of Resistance deliver the most severe and deterring blows to the Zionist enemy.
The crowds also renewed their absolute support and delegation to the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi, expressing their full readiness to engage in the “promised liberation and holy jihad” and implement the fifth phase of escalation to deter aggression.
A statement from the rally, read by the Minister of Information in the caretaker government, Dhaifullah Al-Shami, emphasized the continuation of weekly million-strong marches stemming from faith in Allah and belonging to Islam, and out of religious, moral, and humanitarian responsibility, reaffirming the commitment to support the Palestinian people.
He clarified that the million-strong turnout of the Yemeni people confirms their clear and explicit support for all forthcoming practical steps and the major response by the leaders of the jihad and resistance axis to the crimes of the Israeli enemy, in loyalty to the oppressed Muslim Palestinian people.
The statement expressed condolences to the Arab and Islamic nation in general, and the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples and their struggling resistance in particular, for the martyrdom of two great leaders who symbolize the dignity and honor of the nation and its jihad leadership, and who were at the forefront of its fighters against its enemies: the great jihad leader Ismail Abdul Salam Haniyeh, known for his historical and heroic stances, assassinated by the Zionist criminal hand while a guest of the Islamic Republic during the inauguration ceremony of its elected president, and the jihad leader Sayyid Foad Shukr, who fought American and Zionist tyranny for decades, serving as a father, symbol, and role model for generations of righteous fighters.
He confirmed that the assassination of Haniyeh and Shukr are brutal crimes committed by the butcher Netanyahu after returning from the capital of the Great Satan, America, praying to Allah for them and all righteous martyrs to attain high ranks in heaven.
He added, “We say to the cursed Zionist enemy by the tongue of the prophets and by the text of the Book of Allah, you know that assassinating resistance leaders will not save you from your inevitable fate, which is a great defeat. You know that you have previously assassinated many resistance leaders. Ask yourself, what did you achieve from that? Did the resistance weaken, or has it become stronger, more ignited, and more resilient today? You know that these leaders did not choose the path of jihad and resistance except to be ready for sacrifice and martyrdom for the sake of Allah. The fruits of their sacrifices will have a great impact in continuing and motivating the journey and increasing the momentum of jihad to achieve greater accomplishments.”
The rally’s statement pointed out that the Israeli enemy resorting to assassinations, fleeing from its defeat at the hands of the fighters in Gaza, and attempting to restore its lost power and deterrence after the painful blows it received from support fronts, confirms its full conviction that its deterrence has fallen and its power has been dragged through the sands of Gaza. The Zionist enemy must know that the time when Israel kills without retaliation is over, and the time of the Al-Quds and jihad axis has come, which will make it pay a higher price for every crime or folly it commits.
He continued, “We say to the peoples of the Arab and Islamic nations, here is the Israeli enemy proving with its brutal crimes that it is pure evil and a threat to the entire region. The safest option in facing it is through taking impactful actions and jihad in the path of Allah, or else no one will be safe from its crimes and aggressiveness, not even those who think they are safe from its crimes and aggression.”
The statement added, “We urge the fighters of the Yemeni armed forces and all fronts of the jihad and resistance axis to prepare for the honorable response which, with Allah’s permission, power, and support, will disgrace the disbelievers and hypocrites, heal the hearts of a believing people, alleviate the anger in their hearts, and eliminate the remaining illusion of strength in the Israeli enemy… confirming that the confidence in victory is unshakable by events, for victory is a promised certainty from Allah.”
The statement also reaffirmed the steadfast and principled stance of the Yemeni people in supporting the Palestinian people until the aggression stops and the siege on Gaza is lifted, through military operations, official and popular activities, mobilization, and boycotts, and donations tirelessly.
In loyalty and in response to the call of the great martyr leader Ismail Haniyeh, the statement called for activities and supportive stands for the Palestinian prisoners and the Palestinian people tomorrow, Saturday, in the capital and the provinces.
