Human Rights Ministry condemns continued Zionist entity crimes in Gaza Strip
Human Rights Ministry condemned the continued commission of genocide crimes by the Zionist entity against civilians in Gaza Strip.
The Ministry condemned in a statement that the new brutal crime committed by the Zionist entity on Sunday by targeting Al-Nasr and Hassan Salama schools in Gaza City, which are crowded with thousands of displaced women and children, resulting in more than two hundred martyrs and wounded according to preliminary statistics.
The statement pointed out that this massacre comes less than 24 hours after three other brutal massacres committed by the occupation against Palestinian families in Hamama School in Gaza Strip and other areas, which resulted in more than 200 martyrs and wounded, bringing the toll of the Israeli aggression to nearly 40,000 martyrs and 100,000 wounded, while victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.
It explained that hardly a day goes by without the terrorist occupation committing a mass murder crime by bombing and destroying houses and shelters over the heads of their displaced residents.
The statement condemned the continued international and UN silence on the Zionist entity’s persistence in exterminating civilians by killing, committing mass massacres, starvation, preventing humanitarian aid, forcibly displacing, destroying civilian property and objects.
It held America directly responsible for these crimes with its full and comprehensive support for the usurping entity.. stressing that what Israel is doing aims to destroy the Palestinians in Gaza Strip and effectively annihilate them in all ways available to it.
Human Rights Ministry renewed its call on the world countries to assume their responsibilities by stopping genocide crime and crimes committed by Israel in
Gaza Strip, protecting civilians, imposing effective sanctions on it, and stopping all forms of political, financial and military support and cooperation provided to it
The statement called for holding accountable the countries complicit and partnering with the Zionist entity in committing crimes, primarily America and all countries proven to have provided the entity with any form of support or assistance related to committing these crimes.
It called for holding accountable the employees and individuals making the relevant decisions in these countries, considering them complicit and partners in the crimes committed in Gaza Strip, including genocide crime, and bearing individual criminal responsibility for them.
The statement urged all countries to initiate criminal investigations and trials before their national courts, based on universal jurisdiction, and in implementation of their international legal obligations that they bear regarding ensuring accountability and trial of perpetrators of international crimes , preventing their impunity, arresting and prosecuting them in accordance with relevant international and national laws.
