The spokesman for Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, revealed the results of the investigation into the killing of an enemy prisoner by his guard in the Gaza Strip.
Abu Obeida said in a statement on Thursday: After investigating the killing of an enemy prisoner by his guard, it became clear that the soldier in charge of the guard acted in a vengeful manner contrary to instructions after receiving news of the martyrdom of his two children in one of the enemy’s massacres.
He added that the incident does not represent our ethics and the teachings of our religion in dealing with prisoners, and we will tighten the instructions after the incident has been repeated in two cases so far.
He held the enemy fully responsible for all the suffering and dangers that its prisoners are exposed to as a result of its violation of all the rules of humane and humanitarian treatment and its practice of brutal genocide against our people.
Al-Qassam Brigades published a photo of one of the Israeli enemy’s prisoners who was killed, and sent a message to the occupation, which read: Your brutality has become an imminent danger to your prisoners Your Brutality is an Imminent Danger to Your Prisoner

Last Monday, the military spokesman for Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, announced that two soldiers assigned to guard Israeli prisoners killed an Israeli prisoner and seriously injured two female prisoners in two separate incidents, explaining that attempts are being made to save their lives.
Abu Obeida held the Israeli government responsible “for these massacres and the resulting reactions that affect the lives of the prisoners,” noting that a committee has been formed to find out the details of what happened, and said that he will announce its results later.
The Gaza Strip witnessed one of the largest massacres in recent weeks last Saturday morning when the Israeli enemy forces targeted the prayer hall of “Al-Tabi’een” school in Al-Daraj neighborhood in an airstrike, killing more than 100 martyrs and dozens of wounded and missing, who were praying the dawn prayer.
The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories, Francesca Albanese, criticized the escalation of “American funding for the Israeli genocide” in Gaza,commenting on the massacre of Al-Tabi’een school, Albanese said that this funding “is escalating” with Tel Aviv using more deadly bombs that caused the bodies to be dismembered “to the point of becoming impossible to recognize.”
