UNRWA Commissioner-General: Israeli war on Gaza violated all rules

The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini, confirmed today, Monday, that the war in Gaza violated all rules and those responsible for it must be held accountable.

Lazzarini said in press statements: “More than 160 journalists and media workers were killed while covering the devastating war in Gaza.”

The UNRWA Commissioner-General added: “At least 289 relief workers were killed in Gaza, including 207 from the agency and 885 health workers during the war.
