Government Media in Gaza: The occupation sent 88 bodies of Gaza kidnapped people in a semi-decomposed state

The government media office in Gaza said that the Israeli enemy “army” sending 88 bodies of the martyrs of the Gaza Strip in a special container without the supervision of any official international or local body comes within the framework of the crime of genocide committed by the occupation against our Palestinian people in the Strip for a whole
year without any deterrent from the international community, and with full cover from the US administration.
The “government media” stressed, in a statement issued today, Wednesday, a copy of it, that this is “an inhumane and criminal step that is added to a series of clear humanitarian violations that contradict international law and all international agreements that give the right to preserve the dignity of the bodies of martyrs and the dead.”
It pointed out that the Palestinian Ministry of Health has therefore suspended the procedures for receiving the container until all data and information about 88 bodies of the martyrs are completed so that their families can identify them, as the occupation refused to disclose their names, ages, genders, or the areas in which they were killed and kidnapped.
The “government media” indicated that the occupation army repeated this crime more than once during the war of genocide, and dug up thousands of graves and stole hundreds of bodies of martyrs and the dead, in the governorates of Gaza, the North, Khan Yunis, and Rafah.
It condemned in the strongest terms “the repeated, deliberate, and intentional violation of the dignity of the bodies of the martyrs by the Israeli occupation army in a manner that violates international law, in a message of contempt for international law and marginalization of the legal procedures followed in preserving the dignity of the martyrs and the dead.”
In its statement, the “government media” held the Israeli occupation and the American administration fully responsible for this crime against humanity. The international community, all international and UN organizations, and all countries of the world were called upon to condemn this inhumane crime and to pressure the occupation to stop these crimes and to stop the crime of genocide against our Palestinian people for a whole year.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health refused this morning, Wednesday, to receive 88 bodies that the Israeli occupation authorities handed over to the Red Cross, saying that they were martyrs from the Gaza Strip.
The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said that it had stopped the procedures for receiving a container containing about 88 bodies sent by the Israeli occupation, without any data indicating the knowledge of their owners and the places from which they were recovered; until receiving full information about these bodies.
The Ministry of Health stated in a brief statement that it will not receive the bodies of the martyrs until the completion of all data and information about them; so that their families can identify them.
It called on the Red Cross to carry out its duties, according to the internationally applicable protocol regarding receiving and handing over bodies, with bringing data and details of each body in terms of names, ages, and the areas from which these bodies were taken.
The Ministry of Health also demanded that the bodies be received according to humanitarian and international standards, and in a manner that preserves rights and maintains the dignity of these bodies.
