Northern Gaza: Amid Zionist Genocide and International Complicity
In yet another horrifying act of genocide added to the Zionist enemy’s long criminal history, the Israeli entity continues, for the 20th consecutive day, to perpetrate brutal massacres against the people of northern Gaza. These atrocities unfold in full view of the world—under the eyes of the United Nations, the Security Council, and international humanitarian organizations—none of which have taken any meaningful action to stop these crimes that shame humanity itself.
Global Complicity and Arab Inaction
The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, stated that the Zionist enemy is committing “field executions, deliberate killings of civilians, forced displacement through massacres and savage bombings,” alongside “starvation, siege, hospital attacks, and the destruction of homes,” all part of the so-called “Generals’ Plan” aimed at erasing the Palestinian people and reshaping the region demographically and geographically.
Hamas leader Osama Hamdan highlighted that Israel has ignored all international pleas to allow food, medicine, and fuel into hospitals or to assist those trapped beneath the rubble in northern Gaza. The movement stressed that the credibility of the international community and its institutions—most notably the UN Security Council, the International Criminal Court, and the International Court of Justice—now hangs in the balance.
Hamas also urged the mobilization of Arab and Muslim nations’ resources, warning that the Zionist enemy’s aggression will not stop at Palestine unless serious and decisive action is taken.
Total Siege
Al-Mujahideen Movement confirmed that northern Gaza has been subjected to some of the most horrific acts of mass murder and genocide in recent weeks, under an oppressive siege enforced by the enemy. The movement explained that all means of survival have been cut off as part of the “Generals’ Plan” to depopulate the area.
The movement condemned the international community’s silence and Arab governments’ failure to act, urging Arab and Muslim populations to break their silence and stand with Gaza’s oppressed people, who are the first line of defense for the entire Muslim world.
Grim Statistics
According to the latest figures from Gaza’s Government Media Office, the Zionist enemy’s actions in northern Gaza amount to genocide. Throughout the last 20 days, more than 820 have been martyred in Jabalia and surrounding areas, over 200 civilians, including women, have been abducted, and more than 1,000 have been wounded, with many still missing.
More than 100,000 injured and sick people are in dire need of medical care, but such care is unavailable due to the destruction of the healthcare system and the depletion of essential medical supplies. The enemy has also targeted medical personnel.
As part of its plan to displace the population, the enemy has forced thousands of civilians—mostly women, children, and the elderly—to flee under the threat of bombing and execution, employing lies and deception to facilitate the mass displacement.
Eyewitness Accounts
The Government Media Office, citing field reports and eyewitness testimony, confirmed that the Zionist enemy instructed civilians to follow designated “safe routes,” only to open fire on them, executing several, leaving others to bleed to death, and abducting many, including women. The enemy has employed every type of prohibited weapon, including drones, fighter jets, tanks, and snipers, systematically targeting civilians and preventing ambulances from reaching the wounded.
Eyewitnesses described the horrific scenes, where men were separated from women, children were torn from their mothers during the forced displacement, and many remain missing. The siege is so severe that displaced families are being forced to bury their dead in the streets without shrouds due to the unrelenting bombardment.
Video footage shows chilling scenes of mass displacement, with civilians herded into large pits while men are taken to unknown locations. The footage also captures the sheer brutality of the Zionist attacks on children, showing beheaded bodies, children lying lifeless in the streets, and others trapped under rubble.
Systematic Erasure of Palestinian Existence
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor confirmed that the Zionist enemy is systematically working to forcibly displace Palestinians from northern Gaza, destroying hospitals, shelters, and essential infrastructure such as water wells and bakeries, driving the region toward collapse.
The organization called on the UN to declare northern Gaza a disaster zone and take immediate measures to protect civilians. It emphasized that the ongoing genocide and forced displacement constitute crimes against humanity, urging decisive international intervention to stop the destruction.
Humanitarian Crisis
The World Food Program warned that northern Gaza is facing a humanitarian catastrophe, with extreme food insecurity and an urgent need for aid due to repeated forced displacement and the severe restrictions imposed by the entity on the delivery of essential humanitarian aid, describing the siege carried out by the Zionist enemy in northern Gaza and south as dangerous.
Shocking Scenes
The UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) echoed these concerns, highlighting that northern Gaza is on the brink of famine, calling for immediate international action to ensure the delivery of food, water, and medical supplies. The acting spokesperson, Inas Hamdan, stated, ‘This is the situation that UNRWA and other UN institutions have been warning about for months. The scenes in the north are shocking and terrifying, with families besieged for over two weeks. Homes and infrastructure, including shelters and schools, have been bombed, while there is a lack of sufficient humanitarian aid and supplies allowed into the region for the population.’
“She clarified that, according to reports, ‘most food supplies have been exhausted, there is not enough potable water and a fuel shortage. An increasing number of fallen victims is occurring, alongside the bodies left in the streets, amidst the inability to access necessary medical services and care. Furthermore, the three main hospitals in the area are operating at minimal capacity and beyond their limits, with two of them having been subjected to direct bombings in recent days.'”
