The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor said today, Tuesday, that the United States of America and Germany are partners in the crime of genocide against Palestinian civilians in the northern Gaza Strip.

The monitor indicated in a press statement that the initial toll of the Israeli massacre in the town of Beit Lahia is horrific, and the parties that supply it with weapons and remain silent about the crime of genocide bear responsibility for it, along with the occupation.

It added: “We documented the bombing of Israeli aircraft this morning, Tuesday, of a 5-story residential building for Nasr family in Beit Lahia, which includes about 200 citizens and displaced persons, and its complete destruction over their heads,” continuing that the initial information indicates that the occupation army targeted the residential building with an American MK-84 bomb weighing 908 kilograms, crushing it on those inside.

It continued: “We documented the occupation army’s extensive use of the German Matador weapon in bombing and burning homes and killing Palestinians, in addition to its use of German mines in the northern Gaza Strip.”

It pointed out that the repeated use of American and German weapons in killing Palestinian civilians en masse and destroying their homes makes these countries partners in the crime of genocide committed by “Israel” in the Gaza Strip.

It expressed his surprise at the state of indifference with which the international community deals, and the normalization and familiarity with the series of daily killings and massacres, until the daily death toll reached dozens and hundreds without any single position being issued.

It described the silence of the governments of countries and international justice systems as one of the ugliest images of racism and political and moral corruption on the global level.

It stressed that international humanitarian law protects the rights of civilians during armed conflicts if they decide to remain in their homes or areas, especially since they do not pose any danger or threat to the lives of the occupying forces.

It added: “On the other hand, the investigations we conducted confirm that the killings and destructions are not carried out for any military necessity, but rather with the aim of destroying the Palestinians and eliminating them through killing and forced displacement.”

It called on the United Nations and the international community to intervene immediately to save hundreds of thousands in northern Gaza and stop the crime of genocide committed by “Israel” for the second year in a row and impose a comprehensive arms embargo on it and hold it accountable and punish it for all its crimes.
