Severe Recruitment Crisis Deepens Within the Israeli Entity
The recruitment crisis within the Israeli enemy’s military is historical, even before the establishment of the Israeli entity itself. The situation takes its most critical form among the ultra-Orthodox Jewish population, and today it resurfaces as the war escalates. This crisis is exacerbating the sharp and unparalleled divisions within the Israeli entity and its governing framework, posing a threat not only to the enemy’s ruling coalition but also to its security, political, and social stability.
The entity’s military announced plans to issue mandatory orders in the coming days, aligning with legal obligations and court rulings, as detailed in enemy military statements.
According to Hebrew media reports, the so-called Legal Advisor of the Isreali enemy’s “government” addressed the issue of conscription in a meeting on Tuesday. She underscored that any delay or limitation on issuing conscription orders would be “illegal,” as reported by “The Times of Israel”. The Zionist official mandated that 4,500 conscription orders be issued without exemptions, even for students enrolled in “yeshivot” (special Jewish religious schools).
As a result, the Israeli military is preparing to draft thousands of “Haredim” in the coming days. The Legal Advisor’s insistence on the legality of immediate conscription has intensified pressure amid the severe shortage plaguing the army. Official data reveals that the enemy’s military needs a minimum of 10,000 new recruits, with 7,500 required for combat roles, according to “Yedioth Ahronoth”.
The struggle to conscript the Haredim has sparked internal security concerns within the entity’s “government” and threatens the cohesion of the current existing political coalition.
Escalating Crisis
Amid escalations on multiple fronts, this crisis has significantly worsened, recycling past tensions into an even deeper and more complex problem, as observed by analysts. Recently, the “Chief of Staff” of the entity’s army and the so-called Minister of Defense called for the emergency conscription of 7,000 Haredim. Official statistics show that the Haredi population exceeds 80,000.
Draft orders have been issued for about 7,000 of them, but with the recent appointment of a new “Defense Minister,” who is likely to oppose mandatory enlistment, the situation is expected to become even more severe. Particularly since criminal Netanyahu had assured the ultra-Orthodox community that the new “Defense Minister,” Israel Katz, would overturn the mandatory draft orders.
As a result, the crisis is anticipated to escalate further in the coming days, threatening political alliances and undermining the “government’s” structure. The situation is expected to have significant security ramifications for the enemy’s military and destabilize the social fabric. There is growing resentment among those who feel they bear the brunt of the war, while the ultra-Orthodox community appears detached and unaffected.
Experts on the internal dynamics of settler society within the temporary entity argue that the recruitment issue is deeply entrenched. They believe that conscripting the Haredim alone will not solve the problem, particularly given the Israeli entity’s ongoing expansionist ambitions, which will continue to lead it into more conflicts.
Hebrew media reports indicate that there are currently 70,000 yeshiva students of conscription age who have yet to be drafted. The enemy military’s official reports highlight a significant shortfall, emphasizing the need for at least 10,000 additional soldiers, with 7,500 required for combat roles, as reported by “Yedioth Ahronoth”.
The newspaper also noted that, in recent weeks, the Israeli military issued 3,000 draft orders to Haredi men, mostly targeting those who work rather than study full-time in yeshivot. Only 273 men complied, with just 48 ultimately enlisting. These numbers reflect the strong opposition within the Haredi community.
On Sunday evening, violent clashes erupted between the entity’s security forces and ultra-Orthodox Jews who fiercely opposed conscription. The confrontations, marked by riots, took place in Yaffa, called as “Tel Aviv,” following the military’s call for additional Haredim to enlist.
The Israeli enemy’s military is facing a critical manpower shortage and daily casualties in its genocidal war, aligned with the U.S.A on Gaza and Lebanon . Despite implementing a media blackout on its losses, the officially disclosed figures represent only a fraction of the true numbers, obscuring the full scale of losses.
