Zionist court sentences Jerusalemite child to 18 years in prison

A Zionist court issued an 18-year prison sentence today, Sunday, against the Palestinian child Muhammad Basil Zalbani (15 years old) from Shuafat refugee camp, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

The Zionist court in occupied Jerusalem imposed a financial compensation on the child in the amount of 300 thousand “shekels”, claiming that a stabbing operation he carried out at Shuafat camp checkpoint resulted in the death of a Zionist policeman.

The Prisoners’ Media Office reported that “the child Zalbani has been detained since February 13, 2023, and the Zionist enemy demolished his family’s home.” He was 13 years old when he was arrested.

According to Hamas Prisoners’ Media Office, the Zionist enemy accuses the child Muhammad of involvement in carrying out an operation that resulted in the death of a Zionist soldier at the Shuafat camp checkpoint in 2023.

According to a report by the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club, issued last Monday, the number of arrests in the West Bank has reached 14,500, including 1,115 children, since the start of the war of extermination in the Gaza Strip.

The Zionist “Public Prosecution” claimed, in a statement issued by it, that the child Zalbani confessed to the charges against him.
