A memorial event in the capital Sana’a for the nation’s martyrs, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Hashem Safi al-Din

A memorial event was held at the People’s Mosque in the capital Sana’a today, Sunday, for the nation’s martyrs, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din,

with a large official and popular presence.

At the event, which was attended by members of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi and Sultan al-Sama’i, member of the Supreme Political Council, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, conveyed at the beginning the condolences of His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Muhammad al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, members of the Council, attendees, and the free people of Yemen to the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, Hezbollah, its Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem, and to the masses of the Arab nation from the ocean to the Gulf and the Islamic nation for the loss of the two martyr leaders, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and his companion Hashem Safi al-Din, whom the nation lost.

He said, “These are solemn moments in the life of the nation in general and the Yemenis in particular, who cannot forget a personality of the stature of the Master of Martyrs Hassan Nasrallah, who sacrificed for his nation and religion and showed that sincere brotherly solidarity with us since the first day of the aggression on our country.”

Mr. Bin Habtoor stressed that the Master of Martyrs Nasrallah was able to carve a name of light for himself in the forehead of the nation, and he deserved martyrdom after he was assassinated by a decision from the United States of America and the Zionist enemy.

He pointed out that the criminal killers poured 83 tons of weapons on the site where Sayyed Nasrallah was located to kill him,indicating that Sayyed Nasrallah, who was known for his humanitarian stances and defense of the nation, did not die at all and will not die, and the sons of the nation will continue to remember him with pride and reverence, as they will remember all the ideas he said throughout his jihadist journey.

The member of the Supreme Political Council also stressed that the nation is doing its best in terms of men and great men for the sake of Palestine and its liberation from the sea to the river, renewing Yemen’s continued solidarity, leadership, government and people with the axis of resistance that stood and will stand in the face of the axis of evil Zionists that spread all topics of misguidance and conspiracies in the nation.

In turn, Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahawi stressed that the Yemeni people have all the love, respect, pride and reverence for the martyred leader and icon Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, for his early stance in standing with Yemen since the first moments of the aggression against it.

He listed some of the martyr’s exploits and his many famous sayings in support of the Yemeni people and his confrontation with his earth-shattering words to the enemies and their delusions and attempts to undermine the identity and history of the Yemenis and their courage and bravery.

Al-Rahawi touched on the July victory that the Master of Martyrs led against the Zionist enemy with all strength, wisdom and courage and his principled stance in supporting Gaza and the Palestinian resistance factions in the face of the Zionist aggression, which culminated in a ceasefire agreement.

He pointed out that the martyr Nasrallah is the master of martyrs and resistance, and the honest, faithful and loyal man to his nation and its central cause.

He spent his life in jihad and supporting the oppressed. He noted his unique leadership of Hezbollah after the martyrdom of Ragheb Harb and Abbas al-Moussawi, as he was the best successor to the best predecessor.

The Prime Minister concluded his speech by saying, “May God’s peace be upon the martyr Hassan Nasrallah and his companion, the martyr Hashem Safi al-Din, and may God reward them on our behalf with the best reward.”
