IRGC: The Grand Funeral of Sayyed Nasrallah and Sayyed Safi al-Din is a Message to the Enemies of the Resistance

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Iran confirmed today, Monday, that “the grand, unprecedented funeral in the Islamic world for the martyrs Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din in Beirut proved that Hezbollah is still alive, and that the spirit of resistance runs in the veins of free peoples around the world,” describing it as “a new era with the approach of resistance, and a strong message to the enemies of the axis of resistance.”

The Revolutionary Guard said in a statement: “This funeral, which took place in the shadow of the provocative and humiliating flights of Israeli warplanes over Beirut, and despite the threats, came contrary to the aspirations and hopes of the enemies of the Islamic nation, to become a manifestation of the power of Islam, a symbol of comprehensive national unity in Lebanon, and a global voice for the resistance against Zionism.”

It added: “The Islamic nation and the great axis of resistance will continue their march towards removing the occupation from the holy city of Jerusalem and liberating the Islamic lands, stressing that “the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the steadfast leader and fighter, will remain the compass that directs this march towards achieving the goal of liberating Jerusalem and cleansing the region from the presence of the Zionists.”
