Red Cross warns of collapse of ceasefire in Gaza

The International Red Cross warned of the dangers of the ceasefire agreement collapse in Gaza, stressing that the agreement “saved countless lives and provided a glimmer of hope amid unimaginable suffering.”

The President of the International Committee of the Red Cross, Mirjana Spoljaric, stressed in a statement that any reversal of the progress made over the past six weeks could push people back into despair, calling for all efforts to ensure the continuation of the ceasefire.
