Speech by Leader Al-Sayyid Abdul Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi (May Allah protect him) on the Latest Developments

Thursday, 19 Shawwal 1446 A.H. (17 April 2025 A.D.)
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the outcast.
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.
O Allah! Confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad’s good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.
Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
The Israeli enemy continues its brutal, criminal, and savage assault on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip—with American partnership, support, and permission. Every day, it commits acts of genocide, employing every criminal method against the Palestinian population:
It kills people with utter savagery.
It drops devastating American bombs on displaced people—the majority of Gaza’s residents have now been forcibly displaced—targeting their tents with both explosive and incendiary munitions. These bombs burn them alive, kill them, tear children’s bodies apart, and leave others charred inside those tents.
It also targets healthcare facilities—which are already barely functioning and only providing the most minimal of services, if any at all. One stark example is the attack on Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza, known as the Baptist Hospital, which was destroyed on the heads of the patients, doctors, and medical staff inside—a horrifying, barbaric crime that is revolting to the human conscience.
It continues its starvation, as it has blocked the entry of all food, medicine, and fuel into the Gaza Strip for over a month and a half now. The UN Secretary-General said, ‘More than an entire month has passed without a drop of aid into Gaza. No food. No fuel. No medicine,’ adding that Gaza has become a killing field where ‘civilians are in an endless death loop.’ All organisations operating in Gaza have confirmed that food supplies have run out, bakeries and ovens have shut down, and people are genuinely suffering from hunger.
The Israeli enemy is also using thirst as a weapon, as it is attempting to deny the Palestinian people in Gaza even a sip of water. It has blocked access to water that was being supplied through vital infrastructure projects—water the population desperately needs. When some Palestinians attempted to repair these water pipelines, they were targeted and killed in air strikes.
Fuel is also being blocked, even though it is urgently needed to power the pumps that supply water across Gaza.
It also targets water wells and destroys water tanks. It spares no effort to deprive people of even the most basic necessity, even a sip of water! This has caused unimaginable suffering for families across the Gaza Strip.
Food supplies are rotting on lorries held at the crossings and blocked from entering Gaza, while the Palestinian people inside are starving. They are being denied access to food. This is how the Israeli enemy is employing every form of crime—from genocide and the destruction of all means of survival, to starvation and the denial of basic humanitarian needs.
At the same time, the Israeli enemy is attempting to seize large parts of the Gaza Strip. It is attempting to occupy the city of Rafah in its entirety, aiming to gradually expand its control after isolating it from Khan Younis. This amounts to a full-scale invasion and occupation of Gaza on one front, while also posing a threat to Egypt’s national security on another. It is a clear violation and blatant breach of the Israeli-Egyptian agreement.

The Israeli enemy continues to commit all these crimes with full American backing and complete American endorsement. With all this American support—which is met with inaction by Arabs and Muslims—the Israeli enemy no longer sees the issue of prisoners as a priority. The matter could have been resolved through the agreement that could have allowed for the continuation of prisoner exchanges. But even as its own captives cry out in the videos broadcast across the media, pleading for the deal to go through and for an exchange to be completed, it turns a blind eye, ignoring their appeals, their families, and even the protests within the Israeli entity, all demanding that the deal be finalised.
Both Israel and the US continue to present unfair and oppressive proposals that reflect nothing but arrogance, tyranny, and criminality. They seek to brush aside the prisoner file entirely—or use it as a tool for extortion—demanding releases without a proper exchange, without agreeing to halt the aggression, and without committing to the most basic humanitarian obligations towards the Palestinian people:
allowing the entry of aid and goods,
beginning reconstruction, and
ending the assault on the Gaza Strip.
The Americans and Israelis are working hand in hand to extort the Palestinian people and their mujahidin, pushing for the release of prisoners without a proper exchange deal and without honouring previous agreements or reaching a new one that guarantees the Palestinian people’s most basic human rights. These are not unreasonable demands, nor are they extreme or illogical proposals from Hamas or the Palestinian people. They are simply fundamental humanitarian entitlements:
the entry of food and medicine,
an end to the killing and acts of genocide, and
the delivery of essential supplies—shelter materials, fuel, and other well-known necessities
Yet the American and Israeli tyranny refuses to accept any of this.
On Palestinian Prisoners’ Day, there is a very significant obligation that should be fulfilled towards the issue of Palestinian prisoners. Israeli prisons are overflowing with thousands of Palestinian prisoners drawn from every group of the Palestinian people, including children—a great many youngsters behind bars—women, the aged, the sick, the old, the young, the youth. All endure the most harrowing suffering and every form of torture in the Israeli prisons. Every so often, martyrs fall as a result of torture at the hands of the Israeli enemy that perpetrates the cruellest forms of torture, the harshest treatment, and every method of oppression, repression, and abuse, in addition to violating human dignity and sacred rights. How can this file be erased?! And how can this agony of thousands of Palestinians in Israeli prisons be brushed aside?!
Neither the Americans nor the Israelis acknowledge the rights of these thousands—these old and young prisoners, children and women, the aged, and the sick who suffer unimaginable cruelties, grave persecution, and all forms of torture in Israeli detention centres and prisons. They refuse to accept their right to be a cause for the Palestinian people that they demand, uphold, and act upon to secure their release. Had there not been Israeli prisoners to exchange, would the Israeli enemy ever have released them? Certainly not—that is, this has never happened. The issue of imprisonment itself was a crucial means of compelling the enemy into prisoner exchange deals, a course of action the Palestinian people and their mujahidin were left with no choice but to take.
Under American protection, the Israeli enemy stands arrogant, haughty, and unjust, even the rulings it issues against Palestinian prisoners are life sentences multiplied! It hands down sentences of 500, 400, 200 or even 800 years to some prisoners—something unprecedented anywhere in the world—accompanied by savage torture, persecution, and violation of dignity and honour. Killings due to torture occur repeatedly and have become routine and a continuous practice by the Israeli enemy against Palestinian prisoners.

How, then, can this file be erased?! And how can this cause be eliminated and ignored?! The Palestinian people have every right to have prisoner-exchange deals.
At its core, the issue is that the Israeli enemy is an oppressor; it has no justification for its actions against the Palestinian people—killings, occupation, abductions. It carries out daily abductions. Every single day, it abducts large numbers and throws them into prisons from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. In the West Bank, there are ongoing abductions and imprisonment every day, accompanied by medical neglect and the denial of all human rights of prisoners. In other words, the Israeli enemy pays no heed to anything. Therefore, its aim is to get rid of this file, to disregard it, to achieve gains so as to free its own prisoners without any exchange deals, or else to leave the situation as it stands: destruction, invasions, and killings. In fact, the Israeli enemy targets and kills its own prisoners held by our fellow mujahidin in the Gaza Strip. This is in regard to Gaza.
The continued crimes and violations of the Israeli enemy in the West Bank and Al-Quds
The Israeli enemy persists in its violations, assaults, and crimes in the West Bank and Al-Quds. It targets the sanctity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, repeatedly violating its sanctity and desecrating its courtyards. These days, this happens on a daily basis, coinciding with what the Jews call ‘Passover’. Their senior criminals and herds of criminal, usurping settlers keep storming the Al-Aqsa Mosque every day, where they perform their superstitious rituals with dancing, singing, mockery, and using offensive, provocative phrases. This takes place before the very eyes of Muslims, who turn a blind eye to that, despite the immense sanctity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Islam!
This is considered a very grave crime on its own, and Muslims must not remain silent—they must take serious action. At the same time, it comes as a process of taming to pave the way for the execution of the Zionist Jewish plan against the Al-Aqsa Mosque itself. According to the Jews, this matter is clear; they have a clear, explicit, and declared objective: to impose their complete control over the Al-Aqsa Mosque and then turn it into their purported temple.
Silence in the face of the Israeli taming policy and the daily incursions and ongoing desecration is a grave neglect by Muslims towards one of their greatest sanctities. When Muslims fall into a state of apathy, neglect, ignorance, and silence regarding their sanctities and significant causes that are even pertinent to their religion, then this is a dangerous sign that emboldens the enemy. Through this, it considers that the reality of the Ummah has reached a point where it no longer cares about anything of its affairs or causes, regardless of how important, sacred, or deeply entrenched in religion they may be and irrespective of what the religious obligations are concerning that. This only emboldens the enemy further to violate this Ummah’s lands, sanctities, and rights: It perceives that this Ummah is defenceless and can be violated and that it is easy for it to do with it whatever it desires.
The Israeli enemy is undoubtedly seeking to Judaise Al-Quds and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, aiming for total control. It pursues its satanic objective, as it has turned the Old City of Al-Quds into a military stronghold and exiled the preacher of the Al-Aqsa Mosque for condemning the Zionist Jewish genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
Additionally, in the West Bank, it has stormed the Ibrahimi Mosque, and at the same time, it has banned prayers, closed the mosque to the worshippers, and allowed it for dancing, singing, and Zionist Jewish celebrations! In Tulkarm, it has enacted the same tactic regarding the homes of some Palestinians: It has evicted families from their houses to allow its Zionist Jewish soldiers to revel within.

The Israeli enemy continues its daily targeting of the Palestinian people in the West Bank through:
daily killings;
daily abductions of children, elders, young people, women, and men;
widespread, systematic destruction aimed at gradual forced displacement;
plunder of property across vast areas, which is an evident matter.
All these violations sweep across the cities and governorates of the West Bank.
The Israeli enemy persists in all the violations without giving any consideration to anything at all. It shows no regard for previous agreements—even with the Palestinian Authority, which, unfortunately, cooperates with it under the guise of ‘security coordination’. It also ignores UN charters and human rights. It is also assured regarding the Arab position that there is neither any real nor serious move on the part of the Arabs. And it relies on American aid, partnership, and support.
The Israeli enemy’s crimes rely on the support provided by the American, who have given it free rein!
The Israeli enemy carries out its crimes, genocide, and assaults in Gaza and elsewhere while relying on the Americans. An American channel even quoted one of the leaders of the Zionist-Jewish criminality saying that they coordinated with the Americans on everything and that the Americans had granted them absolute freedom of action in Gaza—indeed, they coordinate with the Americans, as they are their partners in every hardship and tragedy inflicted on the Palestinian people and in every injustice and atrocity committed against them. This how the Americans introduce themselves, and the Israelis are tied to them to this extent: The Americans have effectively given the Israeli enemy free rein, which means it can do whatever it wants to the Palestinian people. In fact, the Americans even incite; they do not only permit, allow, provide support, present plans, and participate in specific, limited forms within the logistical framework. They do incite, participate, share the very same objectives, and endorse forced displacement and outright genocide. They direct the Israelis to eliminate all the sons of the Palestinian people and to leave no one alive! This is what they tell them regarding the Palestinian people in Gaza.
How can the Americans grant the Israeli enemy free rein to massacre the Palestinian people? It is the height of tyranny and criminality. The American enemy presents itself as a deity on the earth, authorising the violation of others’ blood, wealth, honour, and property. This represents absolute tyranny and criminality, with no regard for humanity, laws, customs, norms, or anything. On what basis can the Americans authorise the Israelis to violate others’ honour, blood, wealth, land, homelands, and properties?! This is sheer savagery, brutality, and criminality in every conceivable sense.
Thus, the Americans stand shoulder to shoulder with the Israeli enemy, enabling this aggression, genocide, and unprecedented criminality to continue. They keep providing it with shipments of arms almost on a daily basis. At present, they have intensified delivery of enormous amounts of bombs and ammunition to the Israeli enemy for the purpose of eliminating the Palestinian people and allowing it to continue its crimes of genocide. This has also to do with replenishing the American and Israeli stockpiles after recent depletions.
In the face of all this aggression, criminality, and tyranny, our fellow mujahidin from the Al-Qassam Brigades, the Al-Quds Brigades, and other factions have displayed extraordinary steadfastness. Despite unbearably difficult conditions, they confront the Israeli enemy with heroic resolve, fighting bravely and ensnaring the enemy in deadly ambushes. Even they have continued with rocket barrages and mortar bombardments, and they engage with the enemy at point-blank range. The footage plainly shows their valour and dedication.

The Israeli enemy poses the real threat to Lebanon, while supporting Hezbollah serves the best interest of Lebanon.
The Israeli enemy also continues is actions in Lebanon with American encouragement and permission, as it continues to violate the agreement, which the Americans guaranteed, just as they guaranteed the agreement in the Gaza Strip! Indeed, the Israeli enemy persists in violating the agreement on a daily basis and carrying out daily assaults on Lebanon.
The Israeli attitude is one of aggression, and this is not new to Lebanon. In other words, this issue is not just recent: Ever since the Zionist occupiers established their occupying entity on Palestine, they have launched repeated attacks on Lebanon at various stages. Also, they had previously carried out a full-scale invasion of Lebanon, reaching Beirut. They continue to pose a persistent threat to Lebanon, and their ambitions are blatant and openly declared. Lebanon is deemed part of the regions and countries of the Levant that fall under the Zionist plan of ‘Greater Israel’.
Recently, the so-called ‘Israeli Foreign Minister’ stated just days ago, after the agreement, in an interview with an Arab channel—yes, an Arab channel!—that peace with Lebanon is possible if the Israeli army establishes control over all of Lebanon! Such a declaration ought to outrage the official side in Lebanon with all its components and provoke every Lebanese citizen. They should recognise that such a statement reveals a plan, a belief, an orientation, and a policy.
This is precisely what the Israeli enemy is striving for and trying to achieve. Were it to succeed in its large-scale aggression and escalation against Lebanon and were it able to successfully launch a ground invasion, break through the resistance, and defeat the fellow mujahidin in Hezbollah—who have confronted it with outstanding heroism and valour—it would have truly executed a full-scale invasion of Lebanon. It is because this is its vision, which it openly expresses. Its policies, orientations, statements, and actions at all previous stages, over decades, make it clear that it covets absolute control over Lebanon. And if no effort is made to thwart it, certainly, it aims to strip Lebanon of all sovereignty and independence, rendering it entirely submissive to it so that it can do whatever it wants: It can occupy whatever lands it pleases, stations itself wherever it pleases, and establishes military bases and sites wherever it desires. It even seeks to start the plunder of the Litani River. Indeed, the Israeli enemy has clear ambitions and overtly aggressive orientations:
The Israeli enemy continues to violate the entire Lebanese airspace; persists with air raids and killings; maintains assaults using both gunfire and artillery; and continues with its occupation of strategic sites within Lebanese territory, turning them into military sites used against the Lebanese people. It also seeks to prevent displaced Lebanese from returning to their homes and safely settling there. It even targets the prefabricated rooms used for shelter, as their homes have been destroyed by the Israeli enemy. When some people provide the Lebanese people with ready-made rooms to live in and take refuge, it proceeds to target those rooms. These violations and aggressions occur on a daily basis.
Therefore, the Israeli enemy poses a danger and a threat to Lebanon and daily displays aggression against Lebanon, violating its sovereignty every day: It is a threat to Lebanon’s independence and freedom; it is a problem for Lebanon. The Israeli enemy is the real problem, threat, and danger to Lebanon. As for the Lebanese resistance, Hezbollah, it has played the greatest role, within the context of legitimate rights, to save Lebanon from Israeli control and aggression.

Due to the jihad and sacrifices of Hezbollah, significant victories were achieved against the Israeli enemy, unlike anything previously achieved by Muslims or Arabs: A prolonged deterrence was achieved, allowing the Lebanese people to live in security, safety, and reassurance. So it is a must for all Lebanese people—both the officials and the general public—to support and back the resistance and to recognise that it is the necessary option that can never be dispensed with. That is because if this option were abandoned or neglected, the situation would turn into a serious threat. In such a case, there would be no obstacle left to stop the Israeli enemy from implementing its objectives, including total control over Lebanon. This would result in the loss of everything—freedom and independence.
Hezbollah has made the greatest sacrifices, and the first fruits of these sacrifices are the protection of Lebanon, the independence of Lebanon, and the dignity of the Lebanese people. Therefore, everyone has a duty is to support Hezbollah, to support the resistance, to hold firmly to this option, and not to conspire against the resistance.
What the Israeli enemy is currently striving for, while continuing to violate the agreement and failing to uphold it, is to shift the priorities of certain official entities in Lebanon. It does so by taking advantage of certain factions and components that consistently oppose the resistance and align themselves with the Israeli enemy. It aims to make them pursue its own priorities as if they were theirs!
The national and true priority that should be embraced by all Lebanese (officials and citizens alike) and falls within the responsibility of the Lebanese state before anyone else, is to strive for the expulsion of the Israeli enemy from the territories it continues to occupy in Lebanon. At the same time, efforts must be made to halt its aggressions and force it to adhere to the agreement, and rebuild southern Lebanon. This is the true national priority, the true priority, and it remains also the responsibility of the Lebanese state. Therefore, this priority must not be ignored, nor should there be any shift towards embracing priorities that serve the Israeli enemy’s interests, such as demanding the disarmament of the resistance. This is entirely misguided. The focus should be on compelling the Israeli enemy to fully implement the agreement, complete its withdrawal from Lebanese territories, and halt its violation of Lebanon through airstrikes, killings, shootings, and breaches of Lebanese airspace. This is the right position and the appropriate direction to take.
Regarding Syria, the Israeli enemy continues to violate the sovereignty of Syria, as it has established nine bases across various areas in the south. It has imposed red lines, even for the takfiri groups in Syria and their backers, dictating the terms of their presence, the extent and nature of that presence, and their specific locations. The Israeli enemy deals with them in this manner.
Calls for disarmament are absurd and detached from reality, and people have no choice but to arm themselves.
In any case, what the Israeli enemy is doing in Palestine as a whole, including the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Al-Quds, along with its daily actions against Lebanon and its ongoing operations in Syria, stand as clear evidence that our peoples urgently need the means to defend themselves and deter aggression.
The Israeli enemy is the aggressor. It kills daily and commits all forms of aggression on a daily basis. It occupies, violates honour, plunder property, destroys, and expands—it is in a position of aggression. Therefore, our Ummah (our peoples and our countries) needs to possess all means of protection to safeguard and defend itself against the threat of an enemy that kills, destroys, occupies, plunders, kidnaps, and commits all sorts of crimes against it. The Ummah is in dire need of the means for protection and defence.

If the Palestinian people had possessed the necessary means to defend themselves from the very first day, and if the Arab governments, regimes, and countries had sought to broadly arm the Palestinian people, providing training, equipping them, and offering support and assistance since the onset of the Zionist threat to Palestine, the situation would be entirely different.
When we see, for example, the deterrence and defensive capability Hezbollah has achieved, we clearly realise the significant importance of deterrence, defensive capability, and all elements of power in facing the enemy. This is a completely clear issue. There is no doubt about it. For instance, we observe how the effectiveness of the Palestinian Resistance has stood in the way of Israeli efforts to fully displace the Palestinian people from Palestine, occupy all of Palestine, and completely erase the Palestinian cause. What has delayed this until today, across all these decades—more than seventy-five years? The answer lies in steadfast resistance and confrontation, even with extremely limited capabilities. Imagine if these capabilities were at a higher level, with greater support and assistance; the situation would be entirely different.
This issue is well known: Peoples need to protect themselves through deterrent capabilities and means of power. This concept is self-evident across the world. That is why countries and peoples everywhere strive to possess all elements of power for this purpose: to protect themselves and to achieve the deterrence necessary for their defence.
What is being proposed is in stark contrast to this logic and shows an astonishingly deceptive manipulation. It targets only the Arab arena! What is required of Arabs and Muslims, specifically by the Americans, Israelis, and Europeans, is to be stripped of all means of defence and power in the face of their enemies. This is why we see, even in these circumstances—after everything the Israeli enemy, along with the Americans, has done and continues to do and following the explicit American endorsement of the displacement of the Palestinian people from Gaza—some are putting forward the views of the Americans and Israelis, but in a way that is adopted by certain Arab regimes and components: They call for disarming the Palestinian people in Gaza and expelling the Resistance from there.
This proposal is completely illogical and absurd. Who should have the right to possess weapons to defend their land, honour, and rights? Who are more deserving of possessing weapons to defend themselves—those who are the rightful owners facing oppression and aggression? This applies to the Palestinian people. They are the ones who most deserve serious efforts to arm them, since they are the rightful owners. At the same time, they are the ones who are wronged, and their mujahidin adhere to humanitarian and moral standards regarding the use of this weaponry in the pursuit of just and rightful causes—not in the pursuit of crime, tyranny, and aggression.
Recently, there has been a growing discussion regarding the issue of disarming the resistance, both in Palestine, specifically the Gaza Strip, and in Lebanon. This is deeply regrettable, particularly when some Arab regimes, powers, and voices in the Arab world align themselves with the Israeli and American stance on this matter. In fact, disarming the resistance would mean that the Palestinian people and the Arab nations would be reduced to mere sheep, to be slaughtered by the enemy on any occasion, whether during Passover, Purim, or even when there’s no occasion at all.
The Palestinian people have endured bitter experiences throughout their history:
Following the Nakba in 1948, the Egyptian and Jordanian authorities at the time, who had taken over the administration of Gaza and the West Bank, confiscated the weapons of Palestinian groups and civilians. What happened next? They left them defenceless, only to fall victim to the Naksa of 1967. It was a deeply flawed approach.

What should have been done instead was to arm, train, mobilise, and empower them with the means of defence, strength, and deterrence.
Similarly, in 1982, after the Zionist invasion of Lebanon, the Palestine Liberation Organisation agreed to disarm. Just days later, the Sabra and Shatila massacre occurred, in which thousands of Palestinians were brutally slaughtered.
Later, in 1993, the Oslo Accords were reached, which resulted in the disarmament of Fatah, the transformation of the Palestinian Authority into a security officer serving the Israeli enemy, and the abandonment of the path of armed resistance. What has been the outcome? Since then, it has been nothing but conspiracies and projects aimed at wiping out the Palestinian presence from every inch of their homeland.
Today, calling for displacing the Palestinian people only from Gaza means endorsing their complete removal from all of Palestine.
In contrast, arming the Israeli enemy—which should never be armed or permitted to possess weapons—poses a grave threat. This is because it is a tyrannical, criminal, and occupying enemy that uses the most destructive weaponry and deadliest bombs to target displaced civilians sheltering in fabric tents. It attacks hospitals, destroys them, storms their wards, and even raids the neonatal units, mercilessly exterminating premature babies and infants in their incubators.
Who is it that should never be armed or allowed to possess weapons? Is it not the Israeli enemy, with its long record of brutality and criminality? So why do we see the opposite? The Israeli enemy is fully armed with every kind of weapon—even nuclear arms—and its stockpiles overflow with all types of ammunition. As for the oppressed, wronged peoples—who are subject to killing, slaughter, occupation of lands, violation of honour, and plunder of properties—they are denied the fundamental right to possess weapons, and yet this right is labelled as a problem, a wrongdoing, and a danger!
To embrace the notion that our peoples should be disarmed and stripped of all elements of power, particularly those primarily targeted by the Americans and Israelis, means leaving them unprotected, vulnerable, and easy prey, doomed to be killed without resistance. Who will protect them?
Reality and the facts on the ground confirm: No nation is more in need of arms than ours.
This issue is crucial for all Muslims, since the Americans, Israelis, and the West in general pursue this as aa+n established policy: Any country or force within this Ummah that becomes a target must be denied weapons, stripped of arms, and left without any means to defend themselves.
As Muslims, we are aware of what happened to our brothers and sisters in Bosnia and Herzegovina, let alone the countless other tragedies throughout history caused by the abandonment of jihad for the sake of Allah, the neglect of a fundamental religious principle and a sacred divine teaching: Allah says, {‘Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power’}[Al-Anfal 8:60]. What happened in Bosnia and Herzegovina was a horrific genocide against Muslims, and the entire world stood by, merely watching. Hundreds of thousands were killed, honour was horrifically violated, and tens of thousands of Muslim women were rapped. There was widespread destruction, and countless unspeakable atrocities were committed. It was only when the Muslims there began to acquire some means for defence, even a very small amount of weaponry, that an agreement was reached to halt these crimes and a ceasefire was declared, as always.
In Myanmar, Muslims were subjected to genocide, yet no one came to their aid. No one intervened to protect them. Whenever any Muslim people face violations or massacres, no one steps in. The United Nations does nothing, nor does the Security Council. As for the Europeans and others, including the Jews and Christians, they often rejoice in such atrocities—if they are not actively participating in them, supporting them, or even carrying them out.

Consider what our Islamic Ummah has endured across its various homelands during the era of direct colonialism. What France did in Algeria was truly horrific in terms of crimes, tyranny, and genocide—and even today, it continues to harass the Algerian people through provocative policies! The same can be said of Spain, Italy, and numerous European countries in their invasions and occupation of the lands of our Islamic Ummah.
We are an ummah that needs arms more than any other, and these peoples are most deserving of access to the means of protection and power in order to defend themselves against threats.
Rather than aligning with Israeli and American agendas and priorities, Arab regimes bear a religious, humanitarian, and moral responsibility to take concrete steps in support of the Palestinian people. Even if they do not intend to act at a military level, they should at least exert efforts in other areas, such as through political and economic boycotts, as well as through active efforts across all other fronts. Every practical step matters when it serves to isolate the Israeli enemy, including politically—all forms of boycott should be pursued.
The step taken by the Maldives to ban Israeli tourists from entering the country was practical and meaningful precisely because it was a concrete step. Similarly, what Bangladesh has done is also a practical step, falling within the scope of a tourism boycott against the Israeli enemy.
Practical steps are truly needed, as many Arab and Islamic regimes have not reached the point of taking any practical position or tangible action, whether politically, economically, or otherwise. It is the genuinely practical steps that matter most.
No matter how hard the West and America attempt to silence or suppress it, amplifying the human voice is of paramount importance!
The voice of human solidarity with the Palestinian people must grow and expand across all countries, and it should be actively encouraged. This week, demonstrations took place in many countries, and we hope that these demonstrations will continue to increase, spread, and gain momentum. We also hope to see the resurgence of student activities, as witnessed in previous months. Demonstrations were held in America, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Ireland, Norway, and Sweden, as well as in other countries such as South Korea and Japan.
The Americans are trying to silence the human voice, both within America and more broadly across the infidel West. Some European regimes are also making similar efforts. Regarding student activism, there is a noticeable and intensified effort to prevent and suppress it, in a way that is both evident and blatant.
The Americans are ignoring the laws and disregarding recognised and established rights, systematically targeting universities with various forms of pressure, such as withholding financial allocations and exerting pressure on students by arresting some, deporting others, and halting the admission of foreign students coming for education through scholarships or other means.
Thus, the Americans are targeting the educational sector through pressure and harassment. They suppress the freedom of expression and the right to protest and express human solidarity with the Palestinian people.
The Americans, quite openly, criminalise calls to end the genocide against the Palestinian people, treating these appeals as crimes and labelling them as antisemitism. They carry out arrests, strip individuals of their rights, and employ a range of arbitrary and oppressive measures to silence such calls.
In Germany, similar actions are being taken. In the Netherlands, students are facing extremely harsh treatment, including violent beatings. This trend is a disgrace in the Western world. It is, indeed, a disgrace and serves as a significant lesson, especially for elites, students, and academic circles. This can help them understand the extent of Zionist Jewish influence over their countries and the threat it poses to their freedoms and to their very humanity.

Indeed, even purely humanitarian voices, focused solely on basic human rights—such as allowing food and medicine to reach the Palestinian people or halting the mass killing of children and women—are not tolerated! Even though the Israeli enemy is killing thousands of children and women in horrific, brutal crimes, they suppress any expression of human solidarity with these children, with these women, with the oppressed, and with a people so utterly persecuted and wronged!
In the Islamic world, large and widespread demonstrations took place in Bangladesh, with hundreds of thousands of people participating. I hope we can witness similar scenes in other Islamic and Arab countries. This is a significant step and a powerful expression of solidarity. Demonstrations were also held in Pakistan, Turkey, and Senegal.
In the Arab world, some small-scale demonstrations and public gatherings took place in countries such as Morocco, Mauritania, Tunisia, Lebanon, and Jordan.
Yemen leads the world nations with its million-strong demonstrations, standing out due to its full alignment with the official position.
Yemen stands out both globally and within the Islamic Ummah for its extraordinary and massive demonstrations, with millions taking part. At Al-Sabeen Square, in Sana’a, the capital, we witnessed the world’s largest public display of solidarity with the Palestinian people, accompanied by a massive and widespread turnout in other governorates and numerous public squares across the country.
Yemen’s position stands out for its comprehensive nature, uniting both the official and grassroots spheres in a unified position, one voice, and one position. It is also a comprehensive position that integrates efforts across various fields, as it involves exerting efforts in every field, including military action and popular mobilisation, all within the framework of the Yemeni support front in the Battle of the Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad. In addition, it enjoys tremendous momentum, as we see in public activities, ranging from demonstrations and events to symposia and public gatherings. This is not to mention the broad activity across wide arenas in various governorates, along with continued commitment and steadfastness in upholding the position. This represents a truly important and remarkable feature of Yemen’s position.
The scholars’ meeting, organised by the Association of Yemeni Scholars this week, also fits within this context, as part of the comprehensive efforts of all groups within our dear people. All segments of society, including officials, the general public, and the elite, are conscious of their responsibility. This meeting of scholars is not the first; it is part of an ongoing series of frequent and regular meetings, coinciding with every important event to enhance mobilisation and momentum. The words of our esteemed scholar fathers were profound, significant, and powerful, and the meeting’s statement was also important and valuable. The efforts undertaken by the esteemed scholar fathers among the public—such as mobilisation, awareness-raising, reminding, encouragement, and awakening—fall within their sacred duties and responsibilities and serve as a model that all Muslim scholars in other Muslim countries must emulate.
Amid these developments and events, in response to the great injustice faced by the Palestinian people to this cause—which is a religious and Islamic cause that places obligations, responsibilities, and religious duties upon Muslims as part of their faith—it is a must for scholars to engage in broad activities across various Islamic countries. These activities should aim to mobilise the peoples of this Ummah, remind them of their responsibilities, and warn them of the very serious consequences of neglecting these responsibilities; they should also make them aware of the enemies so that they gain sufficient insight and awareness regarding the enemy and the nature of the conflict with it.

Regarding mobilisation activities, they continue to take place in terms of training and preparation, as well as various other efforts. Thus, the Yemeni position is unique and inspiring, and it truly serves as an exemplary model for other countries and peoples.
Despite enduring immense suffering due to poor living conditions, economic struggles, and ten years of aggression, our dear people did not resort to weak excuses or fabricate trivial or invalid justifications that Allah would not accept. Instead, they rose to fulfil their sacred faith-based duty of jihad in the path of Allah. They responded to Allah, to His Book, and to the directives and teachings of His Messenger (PBUH&F). They set forth based on their identity of faith, embodying in this critical and decisive historical moment their faith-based identity and the words of Allah’s Messenger (PBUH&F): ‘The belief is that of the Yemenites, and sagacity is that of the Yemenites.’ This greatly infuriated the American and Israeli enemies. This front stood as a strong, inspiring front, serving as a motivation for others and a significant and inspiring model for them. Consequently, the Americans initiated their aggression against our country in support of the Israeli enemy, which aimed to influence Yemen’s position by all means, including military aggression.
Evidence and facts from the ground reveal the failure of American aggression and the impact of the Yemeni Army operations!
In their new round of aggression against our country, the Americans are escalating their aggression with air strikes. This week, they carried out more than 220 air strikes using stealth bombers, known as B-2, fighter jets like the F-18, and other types of aircraft. All of this is part of their support for the Israeli enemy. They targeted multiple governorates, including Sana’a, Al-Hudaydah, Sa`dah, Amran, Al-Jawf, Al-Bayda, Marib, Dhamar, and several others.
The Americans, in their resumed aggression against our country, seek to escalate their attacks, as we have noted. Over nearly a month since the start of this round, they have conducted a significant number of air strikes—exceeding 900 air strikes and naval shelling.
As we explained in the previous speech, this aggression, which targets many civilian objects, including water tanks, healthcare facilities, public communication infrastructure, service facilities, and homes in residential neighbourhoods, is a failure in every sense of the word. This aggression totally failed to halt the supportive operations carried out by our dear people and their armed forces in support of the Palestinian people, and it also failed to secure Israeli vessels or Israeli navigation in the Red Sea, the Bab Al-Mandab strait, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea—all of which remain completely blocked to the Israeli enemy.
Thus, there are ongoing operations. So the continuation of the operations and the prevention of Israeli ships from navigating leaves no doubt whatsoever regarding the failure of the American enemy and its aggression—that is, its aggression yields no results in achieving its objectives of supporting the Israeli enemy, protecting it, or enabling it to resume navigation.
As part of the operations executed by Yemen in support of the Palestinian people, our forces this week carried out multiple operations using missile strikes and drones, targeting the occupied Jaffa and Asqalan. The most notable operation took place on Sunday, which targeted Ben Gurion Airport with a Zulfiqar missile. An Israeli air force missile base east of Ashdod was targeted with a hypersonic missile. As a result of these operations, flights at Lod Airport, known as Ben Gurion Airport, were halted, and millions of Jewish Zionists fled to shelters in an unprecedented manner. Television footage showed this mass flight, panic, and widespread terror, which coincided with what is referred to as ‘Jewish Passover’. So these hypersonic missiles and Zulfiqar missiles can be seen as a festive gift to those criminals.

This operation serves as clear evidence of the failure of American aggression to halt our operations or limit our capabilities—as they claim. In fact, the Americans did not achieve any results from their aggression.
Our forces also continue to confront the American enemy and to consistently target its aircraft carrier and engage with it—this has also occurred during this week. Also, our forces continue to prevent the enemy from navigating the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea. Thanks to Allah (the Almighty), the enemy’s navigation has been completely halted and remains so. We mean here the navigation of the Israeli enemy, along with the navigation of the American enemy, which has involved itself due to its aggression against our country.
In addition, we successfully shot down an armed MQ-9 reconnaissance drone. This marks the nineteenth MQ-9 drone that our air defence forces have downed in their operations supporting the Palestinian people. This is a significant achievement and a considerable number. This drone is an important asset for the American enemy, which relies heavily on it. The number of drones we have brought down demonstrates the competence of the Yemeni Armed Forces and the effectiveness of their operations, as well as their capability to counter aggression effectively.
Regarding the total number of operations carried out this month, which reflects the scale of our support and the effectiveness and strength of our position, 78 operations have been carried out since 15 Ramadan, using 171 ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missiles and drones. This is a significant number, which involves those operations carried out against targets deep into Palestinian territories and in confrontations with the American enemy.
Regarding the aircraft carrier and its accompanying naval vessels in the northern Red Sea, where they are stationed far north at a great distance from our country, they were targeted with 122 ballistic and cruise missiles and drones in 33 engagement operations that lasted for many hours. As a result, the aircraft carrier’s role in the Red Sea has been almost completely neutralised, leading the enemy to bring in another aircraft carrier and deploy it in the Indian Ocean and the far reaches of the Arabian Sea. The enemy also resorted to using stealth aircraft known as B2 bombers.
Why would the Americans resort to bringing in another aircraft carrier and using bombers based at an American base in the Indian Ocean, which is over 4,000 kilometres away from our country, such a huge distance that is not less than 4000 kilometres? Why would they resort to that? It is because they have failed, and their operations in support of the Israeli enemy have lost their effectiveness. What the aircraft carrier Truman was doing has now become purely defensive, barely able to defend itself in engagements and failing to effectively secure Israeli navigation or disrupt deep-inland operations against the Israeli enemy. Calling in another carrier underlines this failure—it shows the first had little to no impact on meeting America’s objectives in support of the Israeli enemy. In contrast, Yemen’s position has been impactful, powerful and effective, forcing the American enemy to bring in additional assets.
So far, this month of Shawwal has witnessed the following:
Four American-armed MQ-9 reconnaissance drones have been shot down, bringing the total shot down during the support operations—as we explained previously—to nineteen.
Four separate operations have been carried out with Quds missiles on US surveillance, refuelling, and combat aircraft in the Red Sea, forcing them to withdraw.
More than eleven successful interceptions have been carried out against US aircraft—among them the B-2 strategic stealth bomber and F-18 fighters in our airspace—thwarting a number of enemy operations (some entirely, others in part). Throughout this period, there have been cases where American operations have failed to strike multiple targets due to successful interceptions that have completely or partly thwarted these operations.

This proves that our response to the American aggression has been effective.
Twenty-six operations have also been carried out against targets in the occupied Palestinian territories, using thirty ballistic and hypersonic missiles and drones—all within this month.
These operations demonstrate great effectiveness, as reality itself continues to show. The scale, sophistication and momentum of these operations confirm that, by Allah’s grace, our capabilities remain robust and undiminished by American aggression. On the contrary, they continue to grow in strength, and those involved in these operations continue to innovate and excel in production, technical know-how, and operational tactics.
An overview of American and Israeli statements expressing their frustration with Yemeni resilience!
Alongside the clear evidence of the intensity, effectiveness, diversity, strength, and outcome of our operations, there are also explicit and clear statements from the Americans themselves, even numerous, as well as the Israelis acknowledging this fact. However, we will focus only a few of these statements as examples, leaving the rest to our media. There are indeed many statements that express American and Israeli frustration regarding the steadfastness and resilience of the Yemeni position, as well as the effectiveness and persistence of our operations.
As an example of statements from American officials, two American senators wrote a joint letter to the criminal Trump, warning that strikes on Yemen enhance the capabilities of Ansar Allah. In fact, this is the same thing we say to the Americans: Your aggression against our country always contributes to increasing our strength and enhancing our military capabilities, making them more effective and advanced. Indeed, it does contribute to that. They also asserted that these military operations violate the powers of the American Congress concerning oversight of combat actions. This is also true, since Trump has exceeded his legal authority; according to his powers, he cannot initiate a war against another country without a vote from Congress. They also confirmed that the military campaign has not achieved the desired response but has, in fact, ‘served to embolden the Houthis and rally their recruiting base’. This is a significant admission from official figures there.
An American magazine shared a statement made by Trump himself—this statement should reach the ears of those who praise and glorify him, those who are looking at him with admiration. What did Trump say? He expressed his astonishment, saying, ‘They are experts on missiles. I mean they actually make missiles, nobody thought that, but they make missiles. It’s highly sophisticated, and they’re very tough.’ This acknowledgement comes from the infidel criminal Trump. He is astonished that Yemenis can indeed produce missiles. This means it’s not as the Americans always claim: that these are merely missiles smuggled from Iran to Yemen. They have come to a complete conviction that these missiles are manufactured in Yemen by Yemenis. Trump himself acknowledges that they are ‘highly sophisticated’ and ‘very tough’.
There is a former American senator who also says that Yemenis are known for their resilience. This is a translation of their statements; everything here is translated from what they expressed in English. He said that Yemenis are known for their resilience. Well, this is a wonderful trait of our Yemeni people: being recognised worldwide for their resilience, being recognised as a resilient people. In fact, they draw this resilience and steadfastness from their faith in Allah, their reliance on Him, and their trust in Him. They also draw this from their belief in their rightful position: They are fully aware that this position is a great position that is grounded in truth, justice, insight, awareness, values, and ethics—it is not an impulsive, reckless, or meaningless position, but one that embodies values and morals that go in line with humanity, faith, and Yemeni customs.

Additionally, there are other statements from a former American diplomat who affirms that the Yemenis ‘are on the right side of history’. Notice this expression: ‘on the right side of history’. He mentions that they have been bombing Yemenis directly and indirectly for ten years, yet the Yemenis have proven that they are ‘indomitable’. How did they achieve this? It is because they rely on Allah, the All-Powerful, Who is Dominant over His servants. This former American diplomat also said that the comprehensive bombardment, which has cost the United States billions of dollars, has achieved nothing, adding that the Yemenis ‘are on the right side of history in this case in world opinion, and we are not.’ He here refers to the American side. In other words, the whole world sees the Yemenis as being in the right position, standing for a just cause, a humanitarian issue that the entire human conscience agrees upon. They stand in support of the Palestinian people, who are being slaughtered, killed, destroyed, and exterminated in a barbaric manner like no other. It seems as though they were not in the midst of a Muslim ummah or a human community; it feels like this world were another realm devoid of humanity, values, norms, rules, or ethics—nothing at all. Horrific crimes have been committed! Thus, the Yemeni position in support of the Palestinian people is in the right direction, acknowledged by the entire world, aligning with everything that is right, whether it be divine commandments or compatible values, ethics, laws, treaties, and norms.
There is also a statement from American media, specifically from an American magazine, which says that Trump’s war against ‘Yemen’s Houthi rebels’—meaning against Yemenis, as it is a war against the Yemeni people, not just a certain group—’could end up becoming a scandal’ for America, adding that the Trump administration needs to pay more attention to history. In other words, it asks them to remember lessons from recent history. The magazine also notes that ‘the Houthi movement’ has emerged from all its wars stronger, and if the failures continue, Trump may decide that this war is not worth the trouble. In other words, as they continue to fail—an expensive failure that costs them a lot—they may eventually conclude that there is no benefit in continuing the war, and thus they should stop. What happens then? It said, ‘The Houthis would then declare a historic victory over the Great Satan.’ Because the greater the American failure in proportion to the scale of aggression, the larger and more significant the victory will be. This is also a very important lesson.
Why is America waging a trade war against its partners and allies? A brief comment!
We also have a brief comment regarding America’s trade war against its trading partners and those with whom it has relationships. Why has America done this? Why did Trump take these actions? There are major problems facing America:
The largest debtor in the world is the American government, which holds the biggest debt globally—enormous amounts of debt. They are facing a financial deficit issue that threatens partial shutdowns of federal and government offices every year. This means they encounter a financial shortfall each year that puts some of their offices at risk of closure. This is the severity of the situation there.
They also have a significant problem with the trade deficit. How does this affect them? It is a major indicator that they are heading towards decline while other countries are growing. There is a decrease in production in America alongside an increase in imports, which poses a serious issue for their economy.
There is a decline in their economic competitiveness within the framework of free trade rules and the global trading system. There is a system in place worldwide that the Americans previously adhered to because it was beneficial for them; however, now that their competitive capacity has diminished, they wish to break away from that system.

This is due to strong competition from other countries, including Japan, China, and the European Union. There is a significant issue with productive and commercial competitiveness, as they are no longer able to compete according to the established rules. So what did Trump do? He moved away from those systems and rules of free trade and competition towards a policy of extortion, pressure, and sanctions. He resorted to measures that are nothing less than extortion in every sense of the word, breaking the rules of the established system. He dealt with the problem through arrogance and extortion, turning against the established rules, systems, laws, and agreements that govern global trade.
This has led to significant consequences, and we will discuss briefly the consequences and impact of Trump’s decision according to statements from European officials and leaders and from international bodies related to the issue, such as the World Trade Organisation. How do they describe the American decision in terms of its impact and consequences?
The impact and consequences, based on the statements of officials, experts, and international and European entities, are as follows:
Economic recession—we can now see how foolish the current situation is in America and the impact of the impulsive, tyrannical, and arrogant approach to handling issues, whether political, economic, or military. The prevailing mindset in America now is provocative, arrogant, and foolish at the same time, leading to economic recession.
Inflation and rising prices.
Sharp decline in stock markets.
Impacting and causing losses to industries, factories, and companies.
Unemployment and layoffs.
Impacting investment in many sectors.
The first countries to suffer these consequences have been America, Europe, and America’s partners such as Japan—countries with strong trade ties to America, its own friends and allies! The decision has led to an immediate impact; at the moment the American decision was announced, losses in the stock markets reached trillions. Additionally, major traders in America and the West lost more than $200 billion in a single day.
Senior officials from America’s allies (including Europeans and international entities) reacted to Trump’s decision and described it as a threat to the global economy, an earthquake shaking the global economy, and a trade war.
All these descriptions come from high-ranking officials in Britain, France, Germany, Italy, and various other European countries. It is also described as a significant blow to the global economy, with repercussions for both the global economy and security.
The French Prime Minister said that this decision is extremely dangerous and will lead to a global crisis, with Americans being the first to suffer from it. He also stated that this decision will weaken the global economy for a long time.
This is the Trumpian mindset today—the American mindset that engages with the world without the slightest consideration for anyone else’s interests. Although the decision remains pending, the trade war is still in full swing with China and several other countries across various sectors. The current situation is described as one of ‘uncertainty and lack of reassurance’, reflecting a very unstable economic environment in Europe, America, and those countries with strong economic ties to America. They all deserve this, especially given their silence regarding what is happening in Gaza and their complicity in the suffering of the Palestinian people.
The solution is quite remarkable. What is the solution? They say that developing countries are very affected by the decision, but they still have a chance to be safe from its effects. So the solution lies in the following:
Firstly, they must stand up to America and its aggressive and destructive policies. The world must learn to say no to America. Everyone needs to learn this and confront its tyranny. Its tyranny has increased, along with its arrogance, haughtiness, injustice, and disregard for the harm its policies inflict on people.

Therefore, everyone must learn to say no to America and oppose its wrong, unjust, harmful, and destructive policies.
Secondly, the developing countries have an opportunity to end their economic dependency on America, to free themselves from reliance on the dollar, and to liberate themselves from any connections to America in their economic activities and trade. They can engage with one another and with other countries, boosting their commercial activities independently of America and striving for economic independence.
This matter is significant because it serves as a lesson for all other countries, especially those that are far from empathising with the oppressed, and it also serves as a vital lesson for our Muslim Ummah.
Our position in support of the Palestinian people remains steadfast and authentic, even to the dismay of the Americans and their ilk!
Regarding our position, we affirm our commitment to this position because it is a self-embraced position—one that is aligned with faith and the Holy Quran. Our country, both at the official and grassroots levels, has taken this position in support of the Palestinian people as a humanitarian, religious, Quranic, and faith-based commitment that represents an act of jihad in the cause of Allah and for the sake of His pleasure. This is a self-embraced position, not acting as proxies for anyone, nor on behalf of anyone, nor in servitude to anyone. It is a self-embraced position, and it is the position that all Muslims should adopt.
As a Yemeni people belonging to Islam, we recognise our Islamic, jihadist, and Quranic duties. As we have stated in previous speeches, the situation and the circumstances that necessitate jihad in the face of this Israeli aggression and this American and Israeli tyranny are more pressing than any other situation, any other battle, or any other circumstances. That is, when will Muslims strive in jihad if they do not stand against this Israeli and American barbarity, tyranny, criminality, and oppression?! And against whom will they stand and strive?!
All the commands in the Holy Quran, in which Allah has instructed us to engage in jihad for His sake and to fight in His cause, make it imperative to fulfil this humanitarian, religious, and faith-based duty to support the Palestinian people and to stand against this American and Israeli barbarity, criminality, and tyranny. Otherwise, when will we strive in jihad?
As a Yemeni people who belong to Islam and believe in the Quran, we will never accept that Americans have a veto over the Quran. We can never accept this. The Americans use their veto in the Security Council to block resolutions aimed at stopping the oppression and genocide committed against the Palestinian people. They wield this veto in international assemblies, pressuring other regimes to adopt their position. We cannot accept that American commands take precedence over the commands of the Quran, nor will we ever allow the word of Allah to be sidelined for the sake of the Americans. By the grace of Allah, we cannot and will never accept keeping our response to divine commands within limits set by the Americans; unfortunately, this has become the case for many Muslims. Their threshold for responding to Allah and their commitment to the Quran cannot go beyond what is permitted by the Americans. When it comes to matters that the Americans do not allow or have deemed prohibited according to their priorities, they respond quickly. Our response to Allah (Glory be to Him) will not be contingent upon the approval of the Americans, who carry the same mindset as Firaawn [Pharaoh] , who said, {‘How dare you believe in him before I give you permission?’}[Taha 20:71].
Our response to Allah (Glory be to Him) takes precedence over all else, to the dismay of the Americans and their ilk—all tyrants, criminals, arrogant ones, and oppressors! In defiance of them all, we respond to Allah first. His right calls and commands, which align perfectly with our human nature and human values, are above all considerations, no matter the tyranny or blame faced.

That is why we remain committed to our position, unwavering in our military operations and our various activities across all fields, confident in Allah’s care, support, and victory.
O Muslims everywhere! Victory, aid, guidance, and success come only from Allah, the Almighty. All of that is granted to those who practically answer His call:
{‘If you support Allah, He will grant you victory and strengthen your foothold’}[Muhammad 47:7].
{‘And Allah will surely grant victory to those who support Him’}[Al-Hajj 22:40].
{‘As for those who strive for Us, We will surely guide them to Our paths’}[Al-‘Ankabut 29:69].
As for the state of passivity and inaction, it is a state that Allah has warned against:
{‘If you do not march forth, He will afflict you with a painful torment and replace you with other people’}[At-Tawbah 9:39].
{‘Then wait until Allah executes His command. And Allah does not guide the rebellious’}[At-Tawbah 9:24].
{‘They preferred to be with those who stayed behind, and their hearts were sealed’}[At-Tawbah 9:87]. In another verse, {‘And Allah has sealed their hearts’}[At-Tawbah 9:93]—sealing of the hearts.
{‘Have you not seen those who left their homes in the thousands for fear of death? So Allah said to them, “Die!”’}[Al-Baqarah 2:243].
There are many warnings in the Holy Quran! Therefore, we remain committed to our position, placing our trust in Allah: {‘And upon Allah let the believers rely’}[Ali ‘Imran 3:122]. We will continue with our activities.
The participation in the demonstrations last week was tremendous and crucial as well. It frustrates the enemy, who wishes to break and undermine the morale and will of our dear people. The widespread turnout is an important act of solidarity that is impactful, beneficial, and inspiring for others to take action and participate. It holds great significance in terms of our religious responsibilities. More importantly, it is also about doing everything within our power. If we can contribute in this important and effective way—through weekly million-strong demonstrations—what are we waiting for? Allah says, {‘They don’t tread on any ground that enrages the disbelievers, nor do they inflict upon an enemy any infliction but that it is registered for them as a righteous deed’}[At-Tawbah 9:120]. This is something that enrages the disbelievers and also has an impact on the enemy.
The nature of this struggle against those enemies, the Jews and Christians, requires this widespread popular mobilisation. That is why Allah says, {‘Mobilise, light or heavy, and strive with your wealth and yourselves in the way of Allah. That is better for you, if you only knew’}[At-Tawbah 9:41].
The widespread popular demonstrations are a blow to the morale of the American enemy. It attacks, uses its mouthpieces to dishearten our people, and does everything it can, only to see our dear people take to the streets in the millions at the end of the week, steadfast in their position and continuing their effort. After all that it did, the military operations never ceased: Nothing changed, and we respond effectively. This has an impact on the enemy’s morale
Therefore, dear people, I invite you to participate in a large-scale demonstration tomorrow, Allah willing, in the capital, Sana’a, and in the other governorates, according to the approved arrangements. I call upon you with the call of Allah: {‘Mobilise, light or heavy.’} Take to the streets as part of your jihad:
in response to Allah (Glory be to Him),
to support the oppressed Palestinian people, and
to break the will of the enemies and thwart all their plots and schemes.
We ask Allah (Glory be to Him) to grant us success in seeking what pleases Him, have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, and set free our captives. We also ask Him (the Almighty) to grant us victory and hasten victory and relief for the oppressed Palestinian people and for their dear mujahidin.
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
