The Minister of Defense and Military Industry, Major General Mohammed Nasser al-Atifi, confirmed that "the Yemeni Armed Forces are fully prepared for further escalation against the Israeli enemy entity if the leadership issues directives that lead to increase the air and sea blockade and inflict further losses on the enemy at various levels."
In a report submitted to the Council of Ministers on Tuesday, Minister al-Atifi stated that "the Yemeni Armed Forces possess the initiative and strategic deterrence power and are capable of launching missiles and drones 24 hours a day, under all circumstances and at all times, targeting important, sensitive, and strategic targets deep within the enemy's territory in the occupied Palestinian Arab territories."
He pointed out that the continuation of the battle against the enemy has a vital impact on developing defensive and offensive military capabilities with longer ranges, greater accuracy, greater impact, and advanced and modern technology.
He emphasized the readiness and preparedness of the armed forces to continue providing effective and influential support to the people of Gaza and the Palestinian factions on the ground, who are waging the battle of resistance, dignity, and honor in defense of the nation and Islamic sanctities.
The report emphasized that "Yemen, by the grace of God, and then through the leadership's directives and the steadfastness of its men on the ground, has been able to thwart the American aggression against Yemen, end the hegemony of fleets and aircraft carriers over the seas and oceans that has continued since the end of World War II, and write a new page in modern warfare entitled: hypersonic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles."
