The Iranian Ministry of Health announced this morning, Saturday, that 430 civilians have been killed and more than 3,500 wounded since the start of the Zionist aggression on Iran.

The Minister of Health stated that "Israel has so far attacked three hospitals and six ambulances," referring to the humanitarian and war crimes being committed in Iran.

For his part, Al-Mayadeen's correspondent reported hearing an explosion east of the Iranian capital, Tehran, and that air defenses were working to intercept Israeli targets in the capital's airspace. He also said that he heard three explosions.

The Deputy Governor of Isfahan announced that the Israeli enemy entity carried out attacks this morning and at dawn on several areas in Isfahan Province, stressing that the attacks have not resulted in any casualties so far.

The Iranian official indicated that one of the targets of the attack was the nuclear site in Isfahan, and that air defenses were able to intercept the attack.

He explained that most of the sounds of explosions heard were caused by air defense units, while some of the other sounds were due to the enemy attacks themselves.
