On Monday, Zionist enemy forces began a series of demolitions in the Bethlehem Governorate, targeting homes and civilian and agricultural facilities, amid a heavy military presence and residents' movement restrictions.
In the village of Marah Ma'la, south of Bethlehem, enemy forces stormed the area and completely sealed off its entrances before proceeding to demolish a three-story residential building belonging to Alaa al-Sharif, each floor measuring 200 square meters, on the pretext of being built without a permit.
They also demolished another 150-square-meter house under construction, consisting of columns and a concrete roof.
In the neighboring village of Al-Ma'sara, Israeli authorities served Mahmoud Suleiman Zawahra with a demolition notice for his 300-square-meter inhabited home, citing lack of a permit. They then proceeded to demolish another home belonging to the Issa Al-Sharif family.
Demolitions also targeted an agricultural room in the Baniyas area, northeast of the town of Nahalin, west of Bethlehem, belonging to the Bilal Saud Fanoun family, under similar pretexts.
