Director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, Dr. Muhammad Abu Salmiya, announced today, Tuesday, that the Public Service Hospital in central Gaza has shut down due to a fuel shortage. He added that the closure of Al-Shifa Medical Complex will be announced within hours.
He added that Al-Helou Hospital will shut down in less than four hours.
He emphasized that the remaining hospitals are in good condition until tomorrow, but their services will be suspended, and that hundreds of wounded and sick patients are in real danger.
He indicated that intensive care services, nurseries, dialysis, operating rooms, and laboratories will now be suspended.
