The First Deputy Prime Minister, Al-Allama Muhammad Muftah, affirmed that the American executioner is the primary cover for Zionism and all the crimes occurring in Gaza and is the main party responsible.
This statement came during his participation today, Wednesday, in the massive march organized by the staff of Sana'a University in solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people, under the slogan “Steadfast with Gaza, Resisting the Zionist Aggression.”
In the march, he said, “The members of Sana’a University are holding a historic march standing against tyrants and oppressors and responding to the call of the sons of Gaza. From the house of knowledge and science, we say to the American criminal: You are the one starving the people of Gaza and you are accountable before the world and history.”
Al-Allama Muftah pointed out that the large march at Sana’a University is the first march after Hamas’s call earlier today, affirming that the entire Yemeni people are committed to the path of revolutionary jihad. He added, “We say to the sons of Gaza: You have raised the head of our nation. We feel ashamed before your sacrifices, and you have our appreciation and respect.”
In this context, a statement issued by the Sana’a University march renewed its full support for Gaza and Palestine with all their strength and vowed not to spare any effort in aiding them. It called on everyone to mobilize, train, participate in public mobilization activities, give generously, and turn to Allah.
The statement added, “We declare our support and stand behind our wise leadership and our brave Armed Forces,” urging every Arab, Muslim, and free person in the world to act, take to the streets and squares to support Gaza. It also called on every Muslim and free person to besiege American embassies and boycott American and Israeli products.
In the face of an escalating humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza, Hamas has called for a massive wave of global protests to break the siege and end the famine devastating the population. The movement urged people across all capitals and cities worldwide to take to the streets, organize sit-ins, and rally in front of US and Israeli embassies, as well as on university campuses and media platforms, to demand an end to the genocide and starvation imposed on Gaza.
This urgent call comes as Gaza endures one of the darkest chapters in its history. Since March, Israel has tightened its blockade, shutting down border crossings and cutting off the flow of food, medicine, fuel, and essential aid. The result has been a rapidly worsening famine, with children, mothers, and the elderly suffering the most. Stores have run out of food, bread has become nearly impossible to find, and the few goods available are sold at astronomical prices. Starvation itself has become one of the deadliest threats facing the besieged population.
