History describes Yemenis as simple and kind people, “the most tender of hearts and the softest of souls,” as described by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). Yet on the battlefields, they are fierce and decisive against tyrants, unafraid of death—especially as their fighting is either in defense of sovereignty or in support of the oppressed with whom they share religion, history, and language.
The fighting character of the Yemenis became clearly evident during the operations in support of Gaza. The world came to recognize them as they truly are, not as the Zionist media machine sought to portray them through a stereotypical image of a weak, poor country barely able to survive day to day—an image promoted as part of a conspiracy aimed at killing the nation’s hope that there could be a force capable of restoring dignity and confronting mafia-like states.
Ending the Era of Colonial Presence
With this correction of the image and the positioning of Yemen in its rightful place as a state possessing the elements of sovereignty, the ability to impose its will, and to thwart attempts to undermine it, the world has come to realize that Yemen can no longer be marginalized. Today, as Yemen holds many sensitive cards in addition to its military capabilities, the prospect of subduing it has become even more complex.
This is not emotional rhetoric. Global monitoring—across differing orientations—openly acknowledges that any new recklessness by the United States and “Israel” against Yemen would only plunge the region into a deeper crisis, affecting countries worldwide and burning most intensely in Arab states, including those that have normalized relations with or claim friendship with the Zionist enemy. The strongest outcome of any potential confrontation, according to international media itself, would be Yemen’s rise to the forefront of the region, marking the end of the era of direct and indirect colonial presence.
By Allah’s will, Yemen will restore the Arab and Islamic nation to its natural position—independent in its decision-making and in managing its own affairs on its land without foreign interference. While the axis of evil may deploy all the military capabilities at its disposal, this does not necessarily guarantee victory, particularly when the intentions of aggression are “theft” and the attempt to turn the region into a “slave market” serving an implanted and inherently false entity that is perpetually in defeat. A recent failure has already occurred despite the scale of Western weaponry led by the American “devil” during the multinational aggression against Yemen aimed at deterring it from supporting Gaza. The outcome was shame and humiliation for the attacking powers, disrupting their political and military institutions and forcing them to decide on withdrawal and flight.
The Impossible Confrontation with Yemenis
Zionist institutions have openly acknowledged, in explicit terms, that what they suffered at the hands of Yemeni forces amounted to a clear defeat. This is evidenced by the complete inability to resume operations at the port of “Umm ar-Rashrash,” the entity’s only maritime outlet on the Red Sea. The Zionist website Bizportal affirmed that “the Yemenis have won,” while the head of procurement and communications at the port of Umm ar-Rashrash, Raz Zamir, stated bluntly: “The Houthis defeated us; the port is abandoned, there is no work, and not a single ship enters it.” This was reported by the Zionist channel i24NEWS in a report aired a few days ago.
Previously, the so-called “Israeli Institute for National Security Studies” confirmed that it is “difficult—if not impossible—to create a deterrence equation against the Houthis.” Meanwhile, the Chinese military analysis website Guancha reported that most of the deterrent power once enjoyed by U.S. aircraft carriers collapsed under Yemeni operations that targeted them. The site stated that the Yemeni armed forces had managed to confront U.S. aircraft carriers, making it easy to envision the true level of their combat capabilities.
The Zionist newspaper Haaretz also acknowledged the inability of the United States and the “Israeli” entity to defeat the Yemenis, arguing that forming a joint axis in Yemen against the “Houthis” is a misleading assumption.
In a lengthy analytical article titled “Why Israel and America Cannot Defeat the Houthis,” Zionist writer Zvi Bar’el wrote that “the Houthis have become an extremely difficult force to stop,” noting that Yemeni geography, willpower, and combat experience have challenged the American–Israeli alliance and its tools.
Yemenis Do Not Bargain Over Sovereignty
On the American side, hesitation to approach the Red Sea in the manner previously characterized by exclusive naval deployment reveals itself clearly. According to observers, the U.S. failure to reposition its forces in the Red Sea reflects an explicit acknowledgment that deterrence balances have shifted in Yemen’s favor. It also reflects acceptance that Yemenis do not bargain over their sovereign orientations or their faith-based principles—principles that will drive them to fight with all their strength in any coming round, leaving no room for enemies to violate their domain.
CIA analyst Larry Johnson has affirmed that Yemeni operations in the Red Sea imposed a new reality on Western powers and exposed the failure of Washington and its allies to protect shipping lanes they claimed to control for decades.
Analyses stemming from studies of Yemen’s nature have confirmed, according to researchers, that Yemenis have demonstrated rare steadfastness in adhering to their convictions, even as nearly their entire surrounding environment has shifted its positions and grown closer to accommodating American and “Israeli” agendas, despite the impact of these actors on their countries’ policies.
This conclusion reinforces a truth long recognized: the Yemeni is simple, yet noble and courageous, and is not swayed by material temptations or fears over interests as others are.
“We Are Aware of What Is Happening and What the Enemies Seek”
At all levels, the Yemeni people deal seriously with the danger posed by the continued presence of the Israeli entity in the region, occupying Arab Palestinian, Lebanese, and Syrian lands. As the battle is not yet over, and as the wounds inflicted on the American and Zionist enemy strike at their pride, any reduction in cowardly violence against Palestinians in Gaza is merely a postponement—intended to prepare conditions for isolating this oppressed people.
Yemen stands at the forefront of the challenges, as the only Arab voice that rejected—both in word and deed—the enemies’ bullying in the region. From the Yemeni people’s awareness of this reality, they are “preparing, getting ready, building, equipping, training, and qualifying,” as stated by the Leader in his speech on the occasion of Jumu‘ah of Rajab. He explained the importance of maintaining continuous activity and mobilization in response to what the Israeli enemy is doing at this stage, noting that the American side is also preparing for battle. The air bridge between the United States and the Zionist entity continues to replenish weapons stockpiles in occupied Palestine and across the region, while the Israeli enemy, in partnership with the United States, is preparing for further escalation and rounds of confrontation, openly declaring its ongoing movement under the banner of “changing the Middle East.”
He further revealed that preparations for the next round are underway day and night, emphasizing awareness of what is happening and what the enemies seek and plan. He stressed that turning a blind eye to events is unbefitting of believers and a believing nation, underscoring the necessity of vigilance, attentiveness, concern, and readiness.
