Speech by Al-Sayyid Abdul Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi on the Latest Developments
Thursday, 19 Sha’ban 1445 AH (29 February 2024 AD)
I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the outcast.
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.
O Allah, confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.
Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
Allah (Glory be to Him) says in the Holy Quran, {‘And We will surely test you until We make evident those mujahidin among you and those who are patient, and We will test your affairs’}. Allah, the Most High, the Almighty, speaks the truth.
For almost six months, for twenty-one weeks, and for a hundred and forty-six days, the Israeli enemy continues its heinous crimes and brutal, unjust aggression against the Gaza Strip, persisting in its criminal and savage behaviour and committing acts of comprehensive genocide every day, under the protection and partnership of America and with support and assistance from Western countries, in contrast to widespread abandonment from the Arabs and the majority of Islamic nations.
Western countries, the United States at the forefront, in their control and influence that extends to our Islamic world and many other countries, have presented themselves as embodying humanitarian values, focusing on titles of freedom, justice, human rights, and equality. Within the realm of human rights, there are a long list of rights and a diverse series of rights at both the individual and collective levels, for individuals themselves and for peoples. The same applies to women's rights, children's rights, etc. At the forefront of these rights is the right to life, followed by many other rights that they provide, not only at the level of human rights but also extending to the rights of animals.
However, in terms of practices, policies, positions, and actions, they are in complete and opposite contradiction to those titles they raise and claim to support, implement, and work towards their dissemination and implementation in other countries: At the practical level, they completely and entirely contradict them in their policies, in their positions, and in their actions. The injustice of the Palestinian people since its beginning for decades until today, in addition to the escalation stages from the Israeli enemy's side (one of which is the ongoing aggression on Gaza), exposes the West and Western countries in general. It also exposes the United States, which boasts and sings about those titles the most yet contradicts them the most in its policies, positions, actions, and behaviours. This is in addition to the events that have taken place in different parts of the world, in our Islamic world, in many countries targeted by the United States and Western countries, in Africa in general, and in many Asian and Latin American countries.
The magnitude of Zionist criminality, in which the United States is directly involved, sponsor, protects, and support and is also officially backed and assisted by the West, has surpassed all expectations and violated all prohibitions and sanctities. The first title of that criminality is genocide. It is a terrifying, dreadful, and dangerous title that should not pass through our ears in a normal manner, as if it were an ordinary expression (genocide). Through acts of genocide, they annihilate a people's lives and waste an ummah's existence. And they engage, under this title, in mass killings of men, women, adults, and children, violating the first right, the right to life. They perpetrate these heinous acts of genocide in Palestine (in Gaza) on a daily basis, day and night.
The number of genocidal massacres reached (2,735)! This is an alarming, large and dangerous number! These are massacres of genocide and comprehensive mass killings targeting children and women. And who are the targets? They are Civilians! Civilians are targeted in their homes, in their shelters, in the schools they reside in, in their houses, and in various civilian areas. There are (2,735) massacres of genocide, including the massacre that occurred yesterday, a brutal, savage, and aggressive genocide. After a few relief trucks entered the northern part of the Strip, thousands of hungry, suffering, and besieged civilians gathered around them; the Israeli enemy targeted them with tanks and snipers, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of hundreds of them. It turned their gathering around those trucks, seeking a little food, into a trap to target and kill them, attempting to hinder them from obtaining even a small amount of food because it seeks to commit genocide. Indeed, this is extremely horrific criminality!
The enemy also continues its criminal behaviour, targeting and killing the Palestinian people, not only within the context of genocide but also through killing individuals here and there, causing them to join victims of genocide. This includes mass massacres, killing, and targeting individuals (including children, adults, young ones, and women) in the streets and wherever they may be. All of this falls under the classification of genocide, whether it takes the form of mass killings or scattered acts of targeting. It all falls under the category of genocide. It even targets and kills other animals—not just humans whose lives and existence is more precious. It even targets and kills sheep with snipers; it targets everything there!
The total number of martyrs, missing and injured individuals, and captives has exceeded (114,500) among the population of Gaza. This means the percentage of victims almost reaches half-tenth of the population, which is an extremely horrific crime. It is not just a limited number but a significant proportion of the population, including martyrs, injured individuals, and captives.
As for the health situation, the enemy destroys healthcare facilities. In fact, itconsiders destroying hospitals, invading them militarily (with tanks, drones and soldiers), targeting healthcare staff, preventing medicines and medical supplies from reaching there, and blocking food and medicine among its main objectives. With comprehensive destruction and a large number of bodies remaining under the rubble, as well as the bodies of some martyrs still being in the streets—with all of that infectious diseases spread. The statistics show that nearly one-third of the population, most of whom are children, is affected by these diseases. This has become significant percentage. That is, when we consider that nearly one-third of the population is affected by infectious diseases, not including those with chronic illnesses and those who need to leave for treatment – some need to leave Gaza for other countries but are prevented from doing so – this is a very high percentage. Most children are suffering from hunger and illness
As for the blockade and famine, the enemy has intensified the blockade on them and determined to exterminate them through starvation as a method and behaviour of its criminal actions. The enemy continues to deny the entry of food, tighten the blockade, and reduce the number of trucks that used to bring in food and medicine, primarily food. Before the enemy's tightening the blockade, these trucks did not meet even 5% of the needs of the people in Gaza, which is a very low percentage; however, the enemy has reduced it by half. Indeed, the enemy has reduced the trucks by half, although with this scarcity and rarity. At the same time, the enemy delays entering some of them: Some of this very few trucks carrying food are stopped until the foodstuff on them rot, depriving the people of benefiting from them. Some of the foodstuff, after their arrival, are taken by the Israeli enemy and placed in the street; then tanks move over them and crush them to deprive the Palestinian people of them. There are video recordings of this criminal behaviour, where cans of food are placed in the street, and tanks pass over them, disregarding the hunger and suffering of the Palestinian people, even the hunger of children.
Therefore, there is immense suffering, in addition to the targeting and killing of relief workers. A large number of them have been martyred, and some have been injured. There is also targeting of the people when they gather around the few and rare trucks that reach them, carrying a small amount of food, which is insufficient, compared to their hunger and needs. The enemy targets them at that moment.
The enemy has also made bakeries and pastry shops primary targets for bombing and destruction. The people of Gaza relied heavily on them to obtain bread, so the enemy made them, just like hospitals, primary targets for its bombings, both through aerial bombardment and ground shelling, using airplanes and shells as well.
In the northern part of the Gaza Strip, there are approximately 700,000 citizens living in a great tragedy. While all the people of Gaza are experiencing a real tragedy and immense suffering and famine, the tragedy in the northern part is more than in the rest of the Gaza Strip. The tragedy exceeds the magnitude of a catastrophe, with hunger and bombardment. The situation has reached a point where the people have been forced to eat tree leaves whenever available until they got completely unavailable. They have also resorted to eating animals' fodder, which has, in some cases, led to food poisoning and the death of some children. Some die of hunger, while others suffer from animal feed poisoning, which ultimately leads to their death. Some have even resorted to eating the bitter aloe tree, when available, out of extreme hunger. The price of a bag of wheat, which is 25 kilograms, has reached 1,300 dollars, where it is available; it is available in a very small proportion with limited and scarce quantities, reaching this too high price. That is, as an example, in our country Yemen, bags of wheat are usually 50 kilograms. When we calculate the value at this level, the approximate price of 50 kilograms would be more than 1.3 million Yemeni in our currency. This means it is an extremely high price, possibly the highest in the world for wheat, due to the severe blockade and the widespread famine. Death cases out of hunger have been recorded, and these deaths are increasing and expanding in categories such as children, patients, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women, in which these categories get affected. Elderly people suffer greatly from malnutrition, food scarcity, and dehydration, leading to their deaths.
In the same context, with this famine and severe suffering, the Israeli enemy directed messages to the people in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, urging them to flee from the north of the Strip in order to get rid of this problem, this tragedy, and this catastrophe resulted by the blockade it imposes and extreme hunger. Some of them moved and followed the streets specified in those messages – certain streets were designated for them to pass through safely – yet as soon as some of them started moving from those same streets, tanks confronted them, and they were targeted by snipers and tanks! Indeed, many of them were killed and martyred in the streets.
The situation in Gaza has reached a point where almost all children (or rather the majority of them) are facing famine. Approximately 95% of the population does not have enough food to satisfy their hunger. They receive a limited amount of food that falls short of satisfying their hunger. Hundreds of thousands of them are experiencing a true state of famine and tremendous suffering. This is in the context of the blockade, the prevention of food and medicine, and the denial of life essentials and basic necessities. So one can only imagine the situation in other domains.
The field of education has been completely paralyzed, with male and female students and schools being targeted. Many schools have been completely destroyed, while others have suffered partial damage. Some of them have become overcrowded with displaced people, making it impossible to continue education there. Students and teachers are vulnerable to targeting and are part of the entire hardship: shelling, killing, destruction, and all forms of suffering.
Other essential resources, including water—clear water resources are no longer available to the people in the Gaza Strip. Instead, the available sources are contaminated. Some have reached a point where they are forced to drink seawater, while the rest have to drink polluted water, resulting in the spread of numerous diseases.
As for the destruction and devastation, it has encompassed 80% of the infrastructure. The majority of cities have become piles of rubble and destruction, and everyone witnesses this on television. Those who watch television can see the scenes of cities, villages, and towns, and how they have become devastated and destroyed.
Nonetheless, despite all this criminality, destruction, and aggression; despite the exacerbation of the tragedy; and despite the suffering endured by the Palestinian people and their mujahidin due to Arab abandonment, the enemy fails and clearly falls short in achieving its sinister and negative objectives.
Firstly, it has failed to displace the people of the Gaza Strip. Despite all this tragedy (the killing, destruction, and starvation inflicted upon them), the enemy has failed to displace them from the Gaza Strip. It sought, as its leaders stated, to make Gaza unsuitable for habitation, presence, or living. However, the people of Gaza hold on, stand firm, and persist in remaining in the Strip. Furthermore, the enemy has also failed to eliminate the mujahidin in the Gaza Strip and failed miserably in retrieving its captives.
Its failure and defeat are measured by the magnitude of its crimes, destruction, and capabilities and the magnitude of the support and contribution it receives from the American, British, and Western sides. Despite all of this, it has miserably failed. The unprecedented steadfastness, patience, and firmness of the mujahidin since the beginning of the Palestinian people's tragedy, injustice, and targeting, starting from the days of British occupation until today—there is an unprecedented steadfastness, patience, and firmness among the mujahidin. The mujahidin in the Gaza Strip continue to fight with bravery, confronting the enemy in all combat axes, in the north of the Strip, in Gaza City, in the centre of Strip region, and in the south of the Strip. In every combat axe, they persist in fighting with bravery, effectiveness, and impact. In terms of tormenting the enemy, they engage with its soldiers at point-blank range, inflict human losses in its ranks through deaths and injuries, and destroy vehicles. This has been ongoing for a long time, as we are on the verge of the sixth month, in the midst of a very difficult situation, under a severe blockade where food is not allowed, let alone weapons. Indeed, food and medicine are not allowed in, let alone weapons. However, they continue to confront with bravery, effectiveness, and impact. They destroy and ruin enemy vehicles, including tanks and armored carriers, among others. They kill and injure soldiers, prevent the enemy from invading various areas and neighborhoods and force it to retreat from certain neighborhoods. Their effectiveness is clear; their bravery is great; their patience is immense; and the divine support is tangible.
They continue to target the enemy using all means of weaponry they possess since the beginning. This means they still persist in targeting the enemy with missiles, utilizing RPGs, Yasin shells, and mortar shells to target enemy gatherings. They also continue to target the enemy with snipers, improvised explosive devices, and various other methods they used at the beginning of the aggression on Gaza. Until today, they continue to target the enemy with all those means, with all those types of weapons. They continuously shell the enemy with mortar shells, and in these days, they target its gatherings with them. And likewise, they use other types of weapons, despite the severe blockade and Arab abandonment. The United States proceeds to provide all forms of weapons and support to the Israeli enemy.
They continue inflicting direct losses on enemy forces through killing and injuring thousands of its soldiers since the beginning of this aggression on Gaza and through destroying and ruining its tanks and vehicles, as well as shelling its gatherings. This loss and this state in which the enemy suffers severe losses have reached a point where the so-called ‘Israeli Minister of War’ admits by saying about those losses that the prices they paid in terms of the numbers of the killed and wounded were heavy. This is an admission from someone referred to as the Minister of War saying that they paid in terms of the numbers of the killed and wounded were heavy, and they had a real need to extend the service of military personnel and extend the service of reserve soldiers, admitting that they had not witnessed a war like that in seventy-five years.Notice this tremendous level of steadfastness by the mujahidin in the Gaza Strip, their courage, and the effectiveness and impact of their fighting in inflicting significant losses on the enemy, which the enemy acknowledges. The enemy acknowledges this impact and effectiveness at the overall level.
This steadfastness and patience of the mujahidin and the Palestinian people in general in Gaza and this cohesion and effectiveness in confronting the enemy are the signs of the inevitable and promised victory that Allah has promised.
This is in addition to the deteriorating morale of the Israeli enemy, at the level of its soldiers, where tens of thousands of them suffer from psychological illnesses, and some of them experience mental disorders simply by engaging in a specific confrontation or hearing sounds of some strikes. Still, there is the reverse migration of hundreds of thousands of them leaving Palestine, as well as the significant displacement and the psychological crisis, which the so-called Minister of Health of the Israeli enemy has described as unprecedented. These, too, are among the signs of victory.
At the same time, there is a great responsibility on the Islamic Ummah in the Arabian world and elsewhere, towards the tragedy experienced by the Palestinian people and their immense injustice, as they are part of this Ummah, which holds a religious, humanitarian, and moral responsibility and commitment to support, assist, and stand with them fully and rightly. And also towards this firmness, steadfastness, patience, and effectiveness demonstrated by the mujahidin in the Gaza Strip. The Arabs can in no way ask, to whom they should offer support , making excuses that there is no one remaining steadfast and no one standing firm so that they support them.
If the Arabs provided genuine support to those mujahidin, even if it were limited compared to what the United States, Britain, and Western countries offer to the Israeli enemy, considering its capabilities without what they offer to it – if the Arabs, if Muslims in general provided support to the mujahidin in Palestine, to the people of Gaza, and to the Palestinian people in general, they would, with what they provided to them, with relying on Allah before that, with their patience, with their sacrifices, and with their determination, and with the effectiveness that we have noticed (despite the abandonment, despite the limited resources, and despite the severe shortage in numbers and equipment) – the effectiveness would have been multiplied and thePalestinian people would have been able to, with the help of Allah and His support and victory, decisively win the battle against the Israeli enemy.
Therefore, there is a significant question to be answered, as this is one of the most important things we gain from these events, in the face of this tragedy that anyone, who follows the events daily, witnesses. Indeed, this raises a significant question: Why are our Islamic Ummah and our Islamic countries in the Arabian world and elsewhere a restrained ummah, with its level of support for the Palestinian people (who are part of it) barely noticeable, compared to the open support and immense cooperation provided by the United States, starting with it, before others, and more than others and by Britain and European countries to the Israeli enemy?!
This is among the most important things to study, and it is important to learn from the events, and reflect upon them, because it is an unnatural and unhealthy situation for Muslims. What makes them this way?! Is this the upbringing of Islam?! Is this the upbringing of the Quran?! Is this something that can lead to an ummah that emulates and follows the Messenger of Allah, the seal of the Prophets and Messengers, Muhammad ibn Abdullah (PBUH&F)?! Why is this the state with the oppressed among them, the Palestinian people, who should be supported and helped?! This is a very important matter.
The Arab position towards the Palestinian cause and the Arab-Israeli conflict is clearly regressive. For Arabs, it is a clear regression. When we contemplate the past years and all the previous stages since the beginning of the Arab-Israeli conflict, we find that there has been a retreat to the extent that some regimes have moved towards normalization with the Israeli enemy, completely eliminating the Palestinian cause and working to remove it from the sphere of interest altogether.
The responsibility of Muslims, primarily Arabs, towards the Palestinian cause is a responsibility in every sense of the word: a human, religious, and moralresponsibility. It is also closely tied to their national security and true interests. Indeed, this cause is significant to them in all considerations: religiously, humanely, morally, in terms of their security, and in terms of their interests. They cannot disclaim this responsibility, nor can they try to pardon themselves from it to end the matter. There are dangerous consequences for them in this world and in the Hereafter. It is an extremely important cause. The danger they face due to that is great. So why don't they care as much as America, Britain, and Europe, which support the Israeli enemy from the other side of the world? Generally speaking, the Arabs in their countries, in their homeland (the Arabian world, of which Palestine is a part), in their close vicinity, next to them, in part of their homeland, a threat poses to them, targeting them in every aspect and representing a comprehensive danger. And part of the Muslim Arab people is the Palestinian people, who are part of them. Yet they do not stand with them as the Americans do (from a remote place, from the other side of the world) with the Israeli enemy. The American support comes from there (from America) and travels, as the distance is so far, to reach the Israeli enemy. In contrast, these people, who are in close proximity to Palestine (which is part of this Ummah, part of the Arabian lands, and part of the lands of Muslims), do not provide support to it. Why is this abandonment? Why does this state exist in the reality of the Arabs, of Muslims, in the majority of them, except for a few minorities?
Where is this in regard to the upbringing, values, and teachings of Islam? Where is this in regard to the Holy Quran? Where is this in regard to emulating and following the example of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&F), who declared a general mobilization for Muslims in an incident where a Muslim woman was stripped by Jews and a Muslim man was killed. The Prophet (PBUH&F) took immediate action, declared a general mobilization, took a decisive position, and launched a war against the Bani Qaynuqa, the Jews who were targeted with a decisive action. He did not allow the matter so as to wait for them to exterminate all Muslims or to become a grand theatre for daily genocidal crimes. In an incident where a Muslim woman was stripped, her dignity violated, and one Muslim was killed, it was sufficient to declare a general mobilization and take a decisive military position. Where are Muslims in regard to this orientation, this upbringing, and this spirituality that reflect the true spirit of Islam?!
Among the most important and primary things we should benefit from events of such magnitude, both in terms of tragedy and in terms of steadfastness, are a proper understanding of the enemy, a correct understanding of the nature of the conflict with the enemy, being cautious of the simplistic and naive superficial view, and avoiding momentary reactions during extreme disasters. Indeed, it is extremely unfortunate that this prevailing mentality largely dominates many individuals in our nation: a superficial and naive view of the enemy that is a completely foolish and momentary reaction when there is a tremendous catastrophe. That is, when an immense or unprecedented tragedy takes place, people react momentarily, whether it is through a mix of human emotions with anger and pain, through sadness, or even through some psychological reaction, and then that reaction is diminished. All these reactions fade away, and people return as if there were no cause or problem, as if nothing happened! That is a weak memory that forgets major events, significant risks, and great tragedies that carry numerous lessons, morals, and important implications, which should receive their due attention, action, preparedness, measures, orientations, positions, and policies.
The issue is not a matter of temporary events that occur and end with a mere deal, negotiation, or temporary truce, and then everything is over. There is a conflict that encompasses backgrounds and roots. We must have the proper awareness towards the enemy and the nature of the conflict with it. That is because there is no salvation for this Ummah, no salvation for Muslims, except by taking a position in this conflict that aligns with the position of the Holy Quran and the position of Islam. There is no salvation for them in this world or in the Hereafter except by taking the position of the Quran and the position of Islam and dealing with this cause with responsibility, awareness, and insight. Otherwise, the matter is grave for them in this world and in the Hereafter, no matter how much they disclaim responsibility and try to exempt themselves from it with various and numerous justifications. This will not benefit them in any way.
The Jews, the enemies of this Ummah, have turned their ambitions that target this Ummah in its lands and wealth, targeting us as Muslims, and primarily Arabs, foremost among them are Palestine, Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the surroundings of Palestine—the Jews have explicitly expressed their ambitions to control it and establish a dominant entity directly from the Nile to the Euphrates, which is a vast area. They target a significant part of the Arabian lands, the lands of Islam. This is all they want to initially control, as a springboard to dominate the rest of this region, its peoples, its wealth, and its capabilities and to benefit from its strategic geographic location, which holds great global significance. They have turned their ambitions into a religious belief and a political vision, and they have been working according to a long-term action plan to achieve this goal. Arabs do not view this matter with the same perspective. They deal with each escalation as a separate case, as if it were an urgent emergency with no roots, context, or background. And when it ends, their interest in this issue completely diminishes.
The enemies have turned their ambitions in occupying Palestine and a large part of the Arabian lands, demolishing Al-Aqsa Mosque and replacing it with their alleged Temple (which remains a primary goal for them),occupying many Arabian regions, humiliating the Arabs, and transforming the situation in Arabian countries into a situation that serves them, aligns with their interests, and falls under their control into religious beliefs, a political vision, and a working programme for themselves and those outsiders who joined Zionism. This terrible criminality represented in the massacres of genocide, heinous crimes in Palestine, and that aggression reflects their true hatred for Muslims, especially Arabs. They have their slogan, ‘Death to Arabs’. This is an Israeli slogan they chant, write, and express on various occasions. However, they act to implement this slogan, and they have texts in the Talmud (which they consider to be beliefs, sacred texts, and texts within their beliefs) that show clearly how much they harbour hatred for Muslims, especially Arabs, and how they view Muslims and Arabs. Arabs should understand that they are targeted at the forefront, and the Jews's animosity towards them is even of more priority and amount than towards others. Their texts in the Talmud clarify their vision even to others in general and to Arabs at the forefront, as well as their aggression and criminality. When we watch those extremely horrific crimes (the mass killing of children, women, and adults, and the deliberate targeting of children in all stages of childhood—infants, toddlers, and adolescents) on television, we realize that there is a background for their criminality, consisting of hatred, false and evil beliefs, and a vision that is dark in every sense of the word.
Among the texts of the Talmud, which they believe in (and this is its translation into Arabic), ‘During times of war, a Jew has to kill civilians, both men and women.’ This text represents their beliefs, and they consider implementing it a necessary matter. This means that they are dangerous criminals to everyone as they have such beliefs and visions, stemming from a very evil intellectual background, darkness to this extent, brutality to this level, and aggression to this degree. They are extremely dangerous and highly evil individuals. We must look at them with an aware, realistic perspective to understand them as they truly are, not as the ignorant normalizers with Israel try to present them, creating a false and imaginary vision of them as if they were good people.
They also say in one of the texts of the Talmud, ‘The good Arab is a dead Arab’. This is mockery and ridicule, meaning that there is no good Arab alive; they must be killed and eradicated. Their beliefs, culture, vision, and thoughts are to eradicate the Arabs, so O Arabs, listen. Some Arabs have taken the lead in the path of normalization; they are in the forefront of those who normalize and those who try to pave the way for Zionist Jews in the Arabian world and the rest of the Islamic world. Listen! their vision is a vision of eradicating you and violating your lives. It is a vision and psychological hatred, along with the ideology. wrong culture, and this dark concept. There is intense hatred, feelings fueled by hatred, animosity, and extreme hostility.
Among their texts that also reveal their views towards others is, ‘All non-Jews are demonic creatures, and there is nothing good in them at all. Even the non-Jewish fetus is different from the Jewish fetus, and the mere existence of non-Jews is not important because all other creatures were created for Jews.’ It is a savage vision that despises the rest of humanity and that does not recognize others to be human beings or to have humanitarian sense. There are statements by officials and leaders of the Zionist Jewish enemies, describing Palestinians and the dear oppressed Palestinian people as animals. Who carries all the vices, hatred, and savagery of animals and lives according to the law of the jungle and its system? Who behaves like predatory animals? Aren't they the Zionist Jews? Aren't they the ones who act without any trace of human feelings or values? Yet this is their view of others.
They have many texts of this kind that permit all crimes against Muslims, primarily against Arabs, and even against the rest of humanity. They permit killing others, theft from others, looting the wealth of others, and occupying the lands of others. To them, this is a belief, a culture, an idea, and a deeply-rooted vision that they act upon with tremendous hatred in their souls. That is because they, themselves and their orientations, are an extension of a long deviation in their history, the beginning of which is the killers of prophets, whom Allah described in the Holy Quran as having hard hearts: as hard as stones or even harder. This is their true nature upon which they base their plans, conspiracies, goals, and practices. They start working from that background and from that dark, satanic, criminal, and aggressive vision, to target our peoples and our Ummah. Therefore, occupation, looting, and confiscation of a significant part of Muslim lands have become a religious belief and a fundamental issue for them.
Their view towards all Arabs is the same. That is it is not a specific view of Palestinians. Jews have that negative, hostile, and contemptuous view towards all Arabs without exception. They consider that there is no respectable Arab, and they disdain all other Arabs, they do not consider there is a respectable Muslim who is different from other Muslims and is looked at with a different view from other Muslims. They hold that negative and hostile view towards everyone. That is why, in their mockery, they say, ‘The good Arab is a dead Arab’. This means no Arab person should remain alive; that is what they mean
One of their texts in the Talmud is, ‘A Jew is not allowed to trust an Arab under any circumstances, even if that Arab is civilized.’ This means whatever is the case : even if he is loyal to them or appears to be civilized, according to the recognized pattern that connects people to them, which is in fact misunderstood.
In any case, they do not respect even the Arab who aligns with them, nor do they respect the Arab who shows negligence in positions taken against them. They do not appreciate that he has not opposed them or that he has not taken a position against them, nor do they appreciate those who stand by their side and whom they exploit so that they appreciate it as a favour on their part. In fact, comprehensive killing, criminality, and brutality express their extreme aggressive tendencies. They follow their ancestors who killed the prophets, carrying their spirit, mentality, and the hardness of their hearts. So will they respect anyone here or there? This is how they move on, and there is a continuous aggressive mobilization among them on which they raise their children, and there are video scenes of that. They take their children to their military camps where there are tanks and artillery and instill in them the desire and love for killing Arabs. They raise them since childhood so that their desire when they are grown-ups is to kill Arabs. They raise them to adapt aggression and these ideologies. Even after some Arabs established relationships with them, they changed nothing; rather, they instructed those Arabian regimes to change their educational curricula, media policies, religious discourse, and talking about them to turn it into positive talk, praising Zionist Jews, complimenting them, presenting them as people of peace, emphasizing that it is of the wisdom to coexist peacefully with them, and ignoring everything they have done in the past. Despite that, there has not been a single step from their side to change their view, even towards some Arabs. The vision remains the negative, hostile, and bloodthirsty view towards everyone, without exception.
This is regarding to them, and they have generally been active. The Zionist movement has penetrated Europe for centuries, making a significant penetration since the 17th century. It had transformed those ambitions and animosities into a religious belief, a political vision, and an action plan within the European arena and the Christian community for wide segments of people who were influenced and convinced by the Zionist movement and continued their activities for a long time until they eventually gained control over decision-making centres, leading to the Balfour Declaration. The penetration extended from Europe to America after the establishment of the new state in America and the eradication of the native people there. After the European immigrants in America had succeeded in eliminating the natives there and establishing a new state for themselves, from the early beginnings, there was a penetration in America.
The Zionist movement solidified certain beliefs, at the forefront is the exaltation of Jews: exalting Jews, viewing Jews with greatness, reverence, sanctification, and even religious belief. Indeed, they presented this issue as a religious belief. This was one of the first beliefs that the Zionist movement focused on and worked extensively on in Europe. Moreover, they considered supporting Jews to control Palestine and Arabian lands and devastate, destroy, humiliate, and control Arabs and Muslims a religious obligation. They turned this into a belief for everyone influenced by the Zionist movement in Europe and America. They also linked this to beliefs within the Christian sphere, beliefs in salvation, beliefs in the return of Christ to rule the world again according to their beliefs, etc. They connected the issue to empowering Jews first to control Palestine, to demolish the Al-Aqsa Mosque and replace it with their alleged Temple, and to destroy Arabs and the Islamic Ummah in general. That is because they consider and designate Muslims as evil, enemies, and animals who must be eliminated and humiliated and whose lives are worthless. The Zionist movement carries the same hostile, contemptuous, and bloodthirsty perspective (with which they view Arabs and Muslims) to its extensions within the Christian sphere. This means that those who were influenced by the Zionist movement in Europe began to hold the same view towards Arabs and Muslims in general. They feel the same hatred and same animosity, and the goal has become shared by the Zionist movement, within the Zionist Jewish community, as well as among their followers from Europeans and Americans. Additionally, the issue of targeting Jerusalem, which is one of the most sacred sanctities for Muslims, the destiny of Isra of the most noble Prophet (PBUH&F), with its sanctity and importance, has also transformed. The issue of demolishing the Al-Aqsa Mosque and replacing it with the alleged Temple has become a religious demand for them. They linked it to those variables they are trying to prepare for, and even to the comprehensive targeting of Muslims so as to ensure their success in controlling the entire region. In other words, they want to implant the Israeli enemy in the heart of the Arabian region, with its surroundings subservient to it, and without any threats or influences. They want the entire surrounding to be submissive, humiliated, destroyed, miserable, devoid of any elements of power (whether moral or material), and harnessed entirely for the benefit of the Jews. They are working on this basis.
They turned all of this into a religious belief, a political vision, and an operational programme upon which they act. They move according to it in their plans, their policies, and their conspiracies with which they target our people and our Ummah. That religious belief (based on which they take action, where the most devout person acts in a greater manner) is combined with a political vision and great ambitions. They have immense ambitions and a colonialist tendency. They want to control the Arabian region with all its enormous resources, both oil and non-oil, as well as its strategic importance due to its highly significant geographical location, which they recognize its importance more than the Arabs themselves do. This is extremely unfortunate and very distressing! grudges. They have feelings of grudges intensified with hatred, animosity, and hostility. Therefore, they desire and have a psychological motive driven by that hatred to annihilate Arabs, to kill Arabs, to kill their children, to kill their women, and to exterminate Muslims in general. They harbour grudges, have keenness, and establish these views and beliefs. They embed them over time, making them part of their cultural, intellectual, and theoretical heritage and part of their studies and researches. They establish these beliefs and even raise their youth on them, solidifying them as beliefs, visions, ideas, and culture, and then they act upon them.
Thus, there is development, and there is also production of these orientations once again in all forms: cultural and intellectual forms and in terms of beliefs, strategic vision, and public policy. Day after day, more extremist currents emerge from them to implement that vision. That is why, recently in America, there emerged a group called the ‘New Conservatives’ who are current in this direction. There are others who move as well, some of whom are impatient and seek more violent means and faster achievements to reach those goals. Those goals imply destroying our Ummah, damaging our peoples, occupying our lands, distorting and falsifying our Islamic identity, directly controlling our Ummah, enslaving it, humiliating it, and unleashing its bloodshed. That means it is not an ordinary matter that they carry this vision towards us as Muslims, where the Arabs being the primary targets. So they should be the first to move and not imagine that when they take action, they are only acting without a cause, but rather act on behalf of an Islamic country there or here. Indeed, they are the primary targets, the first whose lands were occupied, the first killed by the enemies, and the first targeted by the Zionist Jews. Thus, the great positivity of the orientation of some Islamic countries, such as the Islamic Republic of Iran, lies in their movement and support for the Arab position, standing by them in confronting the Zionist enemy before they themselves become targeted, although they are undoubtedly targeted, and conspiracies are plotted against them in all forms. However, those whom the Jews have occupied their land, settled in their territories, gained control over their resources, and have been killing them since the beginning, are the Arabs themselves. It means that you, the Arabs, have a cause. Do not believe those who depict the issue as if you have no problem with the Israeli enemy. How can you have no problem?! Your land is occupied, your children are being killed, and you are the primary targets. How can anyone imagine such a perception?
The Zionist movement produces these currents, which carry even greater hostility towards our Ummah and pose larger and more dangerous conspiracies. They intensively act upon their animosity towards this Ummah and also boast about it. Western leaders, such as Biden and officials in Britain and Europe, boast about and take pride in their Zionist identity and belonging in front of others on various occasions in statements, gatherings, and events. What it means to belong to Zionism (which is established by targeting us in every sense of the word) is that they carry that extremely hostile vision against our Ummah and peoples. They have linked their hopes and goals to targeting our Ummah and destroying it completely by any means available. This is a well-known matter.
Unfortunately, there is a great state of negligence in the Arab reality, as we have mentioned. Some people rarely react only when a major catastrophe that shakes them for a while occurs, awakening them to a limited extent against their state of negligence and slumber. The slumber of this Ummah has lasted far longer than a hibernating bear in winter, to a very significant extent. It has been a state of slumber for decades. This is extremely regrettable! When will we be aware?!
The HolyQuran has revealed to us the reality of those enemies, speaking about the Jews and their intense animosity towards our Ummah. Allah (Gory be to Him) revealed in the Holy Quran over 1,400 years ago , {‘You will surely find the most bitter towards the believers to be the Jews’}. The Jews are singled out as the foremost in their animosity before others. After the Jews comes, {‘and those who associate others with Allah’}. {‘You will surely find’}: You will surely find in their conspiracies, schemes, practices, culture, beliefs, media, actions, deeds, words, behaviours, and what they do to Muslims—{‘You will surely find the most bitter towards the believers to be the Jews’} You will find that they are the most hostile in every sense of the word, and they act upon this basis.
Other verses also speak about them: {‘Their only desire is to see you suffer’}. They have a strong desire and a personal drive to inflict the most severe and damaging harm upon you. It reveals their aggravated feelings of intense hatred towards you. {‘Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater’}: statements, expressions, and positions, in which they speak openly and clearly about their hostility. However, for some individuals, words, actions, disasters, and calamities do not make a difference. Allah talks about them regarding to even their secretive meetings, where they gather to prepare schemes and conspiracies, {‘But when they are alone, they bite their fingertips in rage at you’}: They hold intense rage against you, the utmost level of hatred, and their feelings are inflamed with animosity, hatred, and rage towards you. It has reached such a degree that it is expressed in this manner, even towards those Arabs and the children of the Islamic world who have affection for them.
It is indeed strange, very strange, for someone to love one of those individuals! Considering their wickedness, hatred, and criminality, it is an unsound, unhealthy, and unnatural state to love your enemy who hates you, harbours resentment towards you, despises you, and violates everything about you: your life, dignity, rights, possessions, wealth, homeland, and everything. They consider it permissible to do anything to you. In their perspective, your blood is cheap; your honour is fair game; and your wealth is up for grabs. Actually, you are violated in yourself and your possession. They hold animosity towards you; they hate you; they disdain you; and they express it openly. Allah says, {‘Here you are! You love them but they do not love you’}. They do not harbour feelings of love towards you as you do towards them. Allah addresses these words to those who love them and support them.
The problem in our Arab reality and our Islamic sphere in general is the absence of a Quranic perspective, and also the lack of benefiting from events and drawing lessons from them, not only from what the enemies are doing in their arena (within the Jews, within the Zionist movement, for example, in Europe or America), but also from what they are doing in our Ummah to infiltrate it. A significant part of their plan is directed towards infiltrating this Ummah and targeting it. That is why we see our Islamic Ummah being shackled. How many members are in our Islamic Ummah in the Arabian world and elsewhere? According to many statistics, it is more than two billion Muslims in general. In terms of the material capabilities of this Ummah, they are extremely vast. In terms of military capabilities as a consequence of that , how many armies does it have, and what are its capabilities in terms of aircraft, tanks, and various war equipment? The total is massive. In terms of media capabilities, there are enormous potentials. Where is their role in serving the causes of the Ummah? There is a real infiltration that has paralyzed and shackled it to the extent that most of its people passively watch the events and major tragedies that pose a danger to the Ummah entirely.
The enemies are always keen on taking control of the official decision, and this is clear. That is, many countries in our Ummah have an official decision not to take any serious, practical action (even at the level of a real political position, a real economic position, or practical steps that are more than just statements) to support the Palestinian people, to support the oppressed in Gaza, and to do something in favour of the Palestinian people in Gaza despite everything that is happening. The official direction, which is based on a decision, has an impact on freezing the popular state, even in terms of protests, chants, popular activities (through which the peoples express their position towards what is happening, their pain towards what is happening, and their anger towards what is happening), and activity for mobilization among the peoples. There is a freezing by an official decision and position, and there is obstruction at the comprehensive level with other countries for any collective decision of the Ummah within a framework of pressure-forming practical steps, in every sense of the word, and with the weight and influence of this Islamic Ummah with all its potential.
There is significant neglect of this issue in education, in the curriculum, and at all stages of education. In most Arabian and Islamic countries in general, there is no longer any significant attention given to this matter: the Zionist Jewish threat to our Ummah, the Palestinian cause, and the responsibility of the Ummah towards Al-Aqsa, towards the Palestinian people, and towards Palestine. All of this is completely concealed from the media, politics, orientations, and positions: total negligence of this issue. This is not something ordinary; it is happening because the enemy has worked towards it, working to conceal this issue and remove it from the sphere of attention.
There is targeting of our Islamic Ummah in the Arabian world and elsewhere, in all elements of power at both the spiritual and material levels.
- At the spiritual level: The level of faith, the level of faith values, faith spirituality, liberation-oriented tendencies, and jihad-oriented tendencies are all targeted, and so are the great moral values and religious values.
- At the material level: to be a productive Ummah, an Ummah that produces, and an economically strong Ummah, gaining its strength from the strength of its production instead of just transforming itself into a huge market. Some Arabian countries do not do more than that: transforming their reality into a huge market.
Flooding the Umma with discord and conflicts: There are significant attention and effort into discord under various titles, including conflicts, crises, and divisions. Some individuals interact and respond to them. The takfiris' strife took place within the Ummah, and they have been causing severe damage to it. There are still those who proceed along the path. To some, if the path involves division and discord, they actively engage, exerting great effort and giving it their full attention. However, if the matter is a position against the enemies of the Ummah, they become unwilling to take any action at all, no fatwa or a real position at the political or economic level or in any direction. They take no word or action, for they are off, as if the matter did not exist.
There is also a movement to mislead, corrupt, and undermine the Ummah. There is a tremendous effort to morally corrupt humanity in general and the Muslim community. It spreads immoral corruption in the arena, attempting to promote promiscuity, crime, obscenity, monosexuality, and corruption in all its forms, in order to weaken the children of the Ummah. Their aim is to turn them into a debased Ummah, devoid of conscience, honour, dignity, freedom, pride, bravery, and courage, and they seek to transform the youth of this Ummah into despicable, submissive, obedient, lost individuals.
There is an effort to direct allegiance among the people of this Ummah towards the Jews. They want to turn them into supporters of the Jews and also to manipulate them for the benefit of the enemies so as to transform them into obedient individuals to the Americans, to the Israelis, and to their Zionist enemies.
Therefore, it is necessary for the Ummah to awaken from its negligence and to move forward according to its responsibility with awareness, insight, and complete seriousness. By doing so, it will receive the care and support of Allah. If the Ummah moves correctly with consciousness and awareness and according to its responsibility, it will receive support, victory, and assistance from Allah. Furthermore, the divine promise will be fulfilled for them. This is a very important matter, and the existing examples of individuals within the Ummah who act on this basis (in terms of their effectiveness and impact) serve as a lesson and example for the rest of the Ummah.
In the steadfastness of the mujahidin in Gaza during this round of escalation initiated by the Israeli enemy against them and in previous rounds, as well as in their patience, unwavering devotion, and high effectiveness in confronting the enemy, inflicting losses upon it, tormenting it, standing firm in the face of the enemy, and cohesion in its face despite the difficult circumstances, severe blockade, and significant abandonment, there is a lesson and an example for all Muslims.
In the steadfastness of Hezbollah in the Lebanese front since its inception, in its effectiveness, influence, in the significant victories Allah has granted to them (in 2000, in 2006, and thereafter), and in its effectiveness nowadays on a highly active front in confronting the Israeli enemy, there is a great lesson and example for all members of the Ummah, a very important lesson indeed.
In the effectiveness of those who act with seriousness, effectiveness, patience, and strong faith values, as is the case with the brave mujahidin in Iraq who defeated the American enemy and the situation on our front in Yemen with its effectiveness, impact, strength, and significant, tangible influence recognized by the enemies, there is a clear lesson for all Muslims.
Hence, we should move forward with all this hope and strive to make gaining awareness about the background of this conflict part of our perspective on these events and our interaction with the events in Palestine. That is because some still view these events as mere occurrences that arise and end, expecting a specific deal, negotiation, or ceasefire to resolve the issue.
This conflict is ongoing, and it has inevitable consequences. The Holy Quran speaks about this conflict, mentioning it in Surah Al-Isra. It is also mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah, Surah Ali-'Imran, Surah Al-Ma'idah, and in many other Surahs, including Surah At-Tawbah. However, the conflict with the Israeli enemy that is centred around Al-Aqsa Mosque and of whichAl-Aqsa Mosque is the symbol and focal point is mentioned in Surah Al-Isra. The inevitable consequences in this conflict are clear: the disappointment of the enemies, the failure of the Zionist Jews, and their inevitable defeat according to the divine promise, {‘And when the final promise would come to pass, they would totally disgrace you and enter the mosque as they entered it the first time, and utterly destroy whatever would fall into their hands’}. Who is addressed with such a way? They are the Jews. {‘They would totally disgrace you’} – ‘you’ means the Jews – {‘and enter the mosque as they entered it the first time, and utterly destroy whatever would fall into their hands’}.The Zionist Jews (with their criminal behaviour; with aggressive, dark, brutal, savage, hateful and greedy vision; and with their terrible corruption that they spread on Earth) are exposed to the wrath of Allah. They are promised by Allah with divine revenge and punishment. For this reason, they have no future in controlling Palestine, nor any part of Palestine, nor Jerusalem, nor Al-Aqsa Mosque. They have no future. Their inevitable fate (no matter how much they commit crimes, how much they do, how much they oppress, how much they kill, how much they destroy, or how much they indulge in criminal acts) is disappearance, defeat, disappointment, failure, and their removal from Palestine, as well as the removal of their entity that has no legitimacy whatsoever.
In addition, one of the inevitable consequences of this conflict is the loss of all those who support them, those whom Allah has threatened with regret and loss in Surah Al-Ma'idah: that they will become regretful and losers. {‘Their deeds have been nullified, so they became losers’}.
This night will clear; the light of victory, relief, and promising hope for this Ummah is coming. It is coming despite the will of the enemies and despite the will of the foolish who support them and have not seen these very clear glad tidings that indicate the approach of this divine triumph and these major changes for this Ummah.
Nevertheless, it is Allah's path to test people: {‘Never would Allah leave the believers in the state which you are in until He distinguishes the nasty from the good’}. The Ummah, in this historical stage and at the peak of this conflict, confrontation, and division, faces a great test before Allah (Glory be to Him) who follows the sincere, correct, honourable direction, which is based on religious belonging, the true interests of the Ummah, and human and religious values, (those who succeed in heading towards the winning direction, the direction of victory, triumph, and the blessed and good outcome) and who deviate among the people of the Ummah and head towards the direction of loss, regret, and abandonment (We seek refuge in Allah).
Therefore, we embark on our movement towards addressing this injustice and tragedy of the Palestinian people, primarily the tragedy in Gaza and the tragedy in all of Palestine, including the West Bank and other parts, with a profound tragedy unfolding in Gaza. We take action based on this affiliation to faith, on faith-based responsibility, on awareness of the nature of the conflict, on understanding the enemy, and on realizing that we are directly affected by this situation and that we are part of this battle. Thus, we must never falter.
Our operations, from their beginning until today, have been effective, impactful, and ongoing. The movement of our dear people, comprehensive in all levels and fields, embodies the religious affiliation and sincerity with Allah (Glory be to Him). It also embodies the actual interpretation of the values and morals possessed by the members of this people.
Thanks to Allah, our supportive operations for the Palestinian people in Gaza in the face of this immense injustice and in confronting the enemies have reached the point of targeting 54 ships. This is a very important and significant number. As we have mentioned in all the previous statements (thanks to Allah, with His support and granting victory), the goal of preventing the Israeli enemy's movement through Bab al-Mandeb to the Red Sea has been achieved. A significant portion of its maritime trade had relied on this passage, and this movement was greatly disrupted, almost to the point of complete cessation. It is extremely rare for a ship associated with the Israeli enemy to pass through.
Because the Americans have participated with the Israeli enemy in it war on the people of Gaza, in its aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza, and in its horrific crimes against the inhabitants of Gaza and the Palestinians in Gaza—most martyrs were martyred when they were targeted by American bombs, shells, and missiles. What the American enemy has provided to the Israeli enemy is a tremendous number of bombs to kill children and women in Gaza. The American enemy prevents a ceasefire and the cessation of genocidal acts against the Palestinian people in Gaza. It uses its veto power in the Security Council to prevent that and oppose all voices from around the world that call for an end to the injustice and atrocities against the Palestinian people in Gaza. It ignores all those voices, the cries of peoples, and the appeals of peoples and nations across the globe calling for an end to the aggression and blockade on Gaza. The Americans do not respect peoples, nations, or anyone, and they persist in continuing criminality against the Palestinian people in Gaza. They have entangled themselves in the aggression against our country, protecting Zionist criminality and supporting the continuation of Israeli aggression and blockade on Gaza. They do so because our position is fully tied to the issue of Gaza and to what is happening there. Our position has been clear since the beginning: preventing ships associated with the Israeli enemy from passing through the Bab al-Mandeb Strait and movement in the Red Sea until the blockade is lifted and the aggression against Gaza is ended.
The Americans, with their aggression against our country, support the Israeli enemy and protect its crimes against the Palestinian people. Therefore, they have involved themselves and got themselves to be part of the targeting: Their ships are being targeted. Britain follows them in that, as it has received painful, devastating strikes in the sea.
In fact, the total number of missiles and drones used in these operations targeting the enemies is 384.
The enemies (with their strikes and raids, whether it be airstrikes, naval strikes, or naval shelling) have not had any impact on our country's military capabilities or our armed forces. That is why the escalation continues, and the development path continues. The Americans and the British have realized this. Their statements now openly acknowledge their failure to destroy our country's capabilities or to diminish their impact or momentum. They have become clear, explicit statements, acknowledging that . In fact, some of them express astonishment at our military capabilities. They express astonishment and amazement at the use of some weapons that have not been previously employed in naval operations, such as ballistic missiles: The Americans express astonishment and amazement that ballistic missiles are being used for the first time against ships in the sea, and they are successful. They are surprised and astounded by that.
Indeed (thanks to Allah and His granting support, victory, and assistance), there has been a significant guidance, support, and success granted by Allah in making our country's position effective and influential. Moreover, as I mentioned before, development is ongoing.
Since the United States and Britain began their aggression on our country, supporting the Israeli enemy and protecting its criminality in Gaza, we have said that if they have any impact, it will be counterproductive. Despite their unwillingness, they will contribute to the development of our military capabilities, and this is what is happening. Actually, they have witnessed and experienced it, and it has been frustrating for them. However, they are foolish to have opened a battle that was unnecessary.
The correct, wise humanitarian position, which contributes to the stability of the entire region, is to end the aggression and lift the blockade on Gaza. As for escalation here or there, whether in the front in Yemen or in any front supporting Gaza, it will not benefit the United States, the Israel, or the Britain in any way. Indeed, its effects will be counterproductive for them.
The enemy has attempted to escalate its airstrikes and naval bombardment on our country this week, and the residents of Sana'a felt the airstrikes, but they had no effect, neither on our capabilities nor morale. Tomorrow, on Friday (Allah willing), our people will raise their voices loudly. In fact, their voices are heard by everyone in Europe, America, Asia, and all around the world. They heard them on all the previous Fridays, and they will hear them tomorrow (Allah willing) when the people shout at the top of their lungs to say, ‘Our morale is high!’ Actually, it is high in every sense of the word. The American and British airstrikes have no effect, nor will their missiles, bombs, aircraft, or warships affect the morale of our dear, heroic, steadfast, free, jihadist, Muslim people, not even the morale of children. They will not affect our willpower, nor will they break the will of this people. This people are driven by faith and have been raised with an upbringing based on faith, nurtured with freedom, honour, dignity, steadfastness, and chivalry. They carry feelings of loyalty and humanity to a remarkable degree. They have a high reserve of these qualities, and they possess strong determination, a serious position, sincere will, and an honest position. No matter how the enemies distort their position, it will never affect them because Allah knows their sincerity, and the manifestations of the sincerity of this position are as clear as the sun at noon. Therefore, the enemies, by escalating their aggression, will not have an effect on anything: not our capabilities, not our morale, nor the attendance of the people in the squares.
Do the United States, Britain, or Israel assume that their bombing in Sana'a, the capital, would make the people of Sana'a and the men in Sana'a hide in their homes and refrain from boldly and proudly taking to the streets on Fridays? They are deluded if they envision such a scenario. They will witness and see that the results will be contrary. Or that it would affect the level of capabilities? Capabilities are continuously developing.
The insistence of the United States, as well as Britain, on continuing atrocities in Gaza and aggression on our country, Yemen, in support of the Israeli enemy (despite clear failure, manifestations of their failure, and resentment among them) is stupidity in every sense of the word. It represents submission to Zionism. It means that these nations are doing what they are doing in compliance with Zionism, not in the interest of their own countries or their peoples. There are cries among their peoples, and there is significant discontent even within the official American circles. There is great resentment within government and official institutions. In the United States Department of State, there is very significant dissatisfaction with the American position. This is also true even within the United States military, and there is the story of that soldier who set himself on fire in protest against what the Israeli enemy is doing against the people of Gaza with American support and involvement. In fact, he set himself on fire in protest against that. This situation reflects what lies beneath it, a great sense of frustration and significant discontent.
The entire world is shouting, protesting, and criticizing, and there is even discontent within the institutions of those regimes. Yet they persist in their stubbornness. Leave behind this stubbornness and submit to conscience and to the voice of reason, logic, and genuine interests! Everyone is tired of you, tired of your futile, aggressive, brutal actions. Everyone is screaming in societies around the world and criticizing you. Why do you insist on that?! Moreover, they try to involve others with them, attempting to implicate some European countries. However, some of them have been wise, realizing that they have no stake in this conflict and problem. Some others have sent naval forces under the pretext of protecting their ships, even though there is no problem for their ships as long as they do not head towards assisting the Zionist enemy, carry goods for the Israeli enemy, or get involved in the aggression against our country. There is no cause for concern.
What guarantees the navigation security of any country in Europe or outside Europe, ensuring its safety and security from being targeted by us, is that the ship does not send cargoes to the Israeli enemy and that its country or regime does not participate in the aggression against our country. In that case, it will not be affected by anything from us.
Some European countries have brought some warships, including Germany warships. When they arrived to find a difficult and anxious situation, which the Americans get them involved in—indeed, the Americans are not in a comfortable state; their state in the sea is a state of tension, disturbance, anxiety, and constant fear. Their media and military leaders express this. In fact, it is a very bad, extremely tense, very nervous, and constantly fearful situation. Then, the German warship enters into this predicament, and what has happened? It has fired a missile at an American aircraft! This is a clear case of failure, confusion, and anxiety. It has also fired a merchant ship! This shows that it is not correct at all for European countries or any other countries to militarize the Red Sea. What can threaten navigation are the Americans and those whom they push towards militarizing the Red Sea, stirring chaos in it, and turning it into a field of conflict, a battlefield, and a war zone. This is what affects international navigation.
Our positions are clear. Our operations will continue with high effectiveness in the direction of the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, the Gulf of Aden, and the Bab al-Mandeb Strait. It is all one theatre where our country moves to support the Palestinian people in Gaza. The entry of food, medicine, and humanitarian needs for the Palestinian people in Gaza is a must. The crimes of genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza must be stopped.
Our movement at the level of military operations will continue and evolve, and we have (by the will of Allah) surprises that the enemies do not expect at all. We do not want to talk about them because we want them to practically start first, and then we will comment on them. They will be very surprising for the enemies, beyond what they and the friends anticipate. Indeed, these operations will be effective and impactful and will take place, by the will of Allah.
In terms of movement in other fields, the outputs of mobilization are ongoing in thousands. The presence in the public squares is active and widespread, and it means a lot to us. I say to all the dear members of our people, your weekly turnout on Fridays in various squares, which reaches a large number (i.e. the past Friday, there were approximately 132 squares with the participation of millions), means a lot to us. It is important as it reflects a comprehensive position. That is, all this turnout is firm in its commitment to this position, and it is ongoing and supportive to it. Indeed, the enemies take this matter into serious consideration.
When missile strikes, drone operations, naval operations, and all military operations in all their forms occur, they represent you all, this people who participate in these million-person turnouts. They are a position counted for you. Those operations, this contribution, and this position are counted for your blessed hands. That is why this turnout must continue, and it has a significant supportive impact in the face of a tremendous state of abandonment of most Arabian countries and Islamic arenas, except for few. Taking to the streets is part of the position and part of jihad, and the squares are part of the battlefield that should never be evacuated as long as the battle continues.
And I tell you, my dear brothers that it is one of the greatest blessings that Allah (Glory be to Him) has granted us success in this country to have this comprehensive position. This position was not only limited to demonstrations; it was accompanied by effective, impactful military operations to target the Israeli enemy in occupied Palestine and accompanied by naval operations that are very effective and inflict losses on the enemy every day. Having this comprehensive movement (taking to the street with demonstrations, protests, mobilization activities, numerous events, and gatherings of tens of thousands) is a tremendous blessing. Having this effective, distinctive position, which signifies a genuine affiliation to faith and is a manifestation of the saying of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F), ‘The belief is that of the Yemenite, and sagacity is that of the Yemenite,’ is a great blessing.
When the Prophet of Allah Musa (PBUH) found himself in a position against the injustice and tyranny of Firaawn, what did he say? {‘My Lord, for the favour You bestowed upon me, I will never be an assistant to the criminals’}. It is a blessing, a great honour, and a tremendous favour from Allah (the Almighty) upon our dear people to be in a great, comprehensive, and dignifying position that pleases Allah (Glory be to Him), lifts their heads high, and brightens their faces, instead of being in a disgraceful state like many of the official positions in some Arabian and Islamic countries.
When an opportunity arises for a person to be in such a position but does not act or respond, it is a dangerous situation for him. That is, in many Arabian countries, if you were to go out in the capital city to express your position through chants, carry a flag, express a position of dissociating yourself from what the enemies do with your people in Gaza and the sons of your Ummah in Gaza, and show your solidarity with them, you might be killed or (at the very least) detained, tortured, persecuted, and suppressed, because you are not allowed to do so. There are Arabian capitals where it is not possible to come out with such a position.
to take to the streets in Sana'a or in any province where you can come out freely and confidently to express your obligatory position, to show solidarity with the Palestinian people, and to integrate with the other parts of the position, the other measures, operations, and activities, in a position that pleases Allah, lifts your head, and brightens your face (so that you are not among those who are disgraced by their silence, their inertia, and their lack of movement at any level or in any action or position), but you do not do so, even though it is available to you, is a dangerous situation for you, even more dangerous than those who live in oppressed countries, oppressed and suppressed by their systems. Here, you are called and invited to this position. The squares are opened for you to come out as a free, dignified, and proud individual, to say with your loud voice what you must say, to express what you must express, and to articulate what you must articulate. Hence, do not be silent; come out, move, show yourself, and set off to wherever pleases Allah (Glory be to Him)! This is a great blessing for a person to have this opportunity without persecution, oppression, or humiliation. If a person retreats or shows reluctance, Allah clearly states in Surah At-Tawbah that the consequence is abandonment, is that Allah will seal the heart of who is like that and abandon them (We seek refuge in Allah).
When you hesitate to take any action during such an opportunity—we are in a critical, historic phase, watched by the observation of Allah (Glory be to Him). It is also watched by His plan in what He ordains for the benefit of people or against them. In the face of this trial in this phase, those who work for the benefit of the enemies or fail to fulfil their responsibilities will not be exempt from the punishments of Allah (Glory be to Him): It is a serious situation for them. As for those who respond to Allah and act within the framework of their religious, human, ethical responsibility, they should know that moving in such circumstances, in such a phase, in the face of such injustice like that suffered by the Palestinian people in Gaza, and in the face of a brutal, criminal enemy like the Israeli enemy, along with the United States, Britain, and the Zionist movement worldwide—those who move in such a phase, in such a position, in such a field, and in such a period of time should rejoice in the promise of Allah that is unbreakable.
This stage has its aftermath, with what Allah has written in the destinies of nations and individuals both individual and collective destinies. So place yourself where you want Allah to write for you what you hope for from His grace, pleasure, mercy, guidance, assistance, and comprehensive care. Allah (Glory be to Him) is the Lord of the worlds, the King of the heavens and the earth.
Therefore, within the framework of this stage (a very important stage), movement demonstrates honour, pride, steadfastness, manhood, chivalry, dignity, freedom, and all noble human values. The movement in this stage to support the Palestinian people in Gaza is an expression of all these values. You, my dear people, are the embodiment of all these values and noble, honourable human meanings. Hence, your turnout, position, and movement are a real interpretation of these great values and important meanings.
I say to our dear people, I call upon you with the call of Allah (the Almighty), the call of the Quran, the call of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the call of the oppressed Palestinian people to participate tomorrow (by the will of Allah) in a Million-person turnout, ) in Al-Sabeen Square (in the Capital Sana'a) and the squares of other provinces, according to the arrangements.
We say to the mujahidin brothers in Gaza, to the whole Palestinian people in Gaza (including its children, women), and to the Palestinian people all around Palestine, you are not alone. Our people, with their turnout tomorrow, will express that in practical interpretation: You are not alone, and we are with you until you get victory. We will not tire, give up, slacken, or retreat. With a will of faith and determination, we will continue the journey.
We ask Allah, (Glory be to Him), to relieve the suffering of the oppressed Palestinian people, to grant them swift victory, and to have mercy on our righteous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, and set free our captives.
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
