Today, Monday, the Armed Forces spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, revealed the details of Operation Al-Daba, during which an oil ship was forced to leave after trying to loot quantities of Yemeni oil.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree said in a statement that the Yemeni armed forces, with God’s help and success, succeeded in forcing an oil ship – which tried to approach the port of Dabba in the south of the country – to leave, noting that the ship, which was on the mission of looting large quantities of oil, refused to respond to the warnings of the armed forces.
He stressed that the enemy tried to take measures that the armed forces were able to monitor and deal with them appropriately.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree indicated that the Yemeni armed forces continue to protect the sovereign national wealth until its revenues serve the Yemenis and to cover the salaries of all employees in all Yemeni regions.
