The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor stated that the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation is directly responsible for the escalating Zionist crimes against starving civilians near aid distribution centers in the central and southern Gaza Strip.

In a statement issued today, Monday, the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor added that the foundation's continued operation of distribution centers, despite documenting the deaths of more than 335 civilians in just three weeks, constitutes explicit complicity in war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The human rights monitor explained that the model adopted by the foundation is based on luring civilians to specific, exposed points in coordination with the Zionist enemy's "army," where they are exposed to killing and injury.

It continued that the centers run by the foundation have become death traps employed by the Zionist entity as part of its genocidal campaign in the Gaza Strip.

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor stressed that these grave violations call for an independent international investigation into the institution's role and for those in charge to be held criminally accountable for the crimes they contributed to.
