Iran's Revolutionary Guards spokesman, Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini, confirmed that his country "will respond with a devastating response, different from what it has in the past, if it faces any threat."
Earlier, the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi, explained to Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman that Tehran has doubts about the continuation of the ceasefire, commenting, "We are prepared to respond to any aggression."
Major General Mousavi said during a phone call with the Saudi Defense Minister that "the Israeli-American aggression against Iran occurred despite the restraint shown by Iran and in conjunction with indirect negotiations with Washington."
Major General Mousavi noted that "the American regime and the Israeli entity have proven in their aggression against Iran that they do not abide by any international law or standards."
