The Ministry of Interior held a significant commemorative event honoring the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), highlighting Yemen’s deep-rooted devotion to the beloved Messenger.
Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi praised the wide participation in activities dedicated to the celebration and lauded the exceptional preparations for the upcoming central event scheduled for the 12th of Rabi’ al-Awwal.
Expressing confidence that this year’s celebration will surpass previous ones and stand out across the Arab and Islamic worlds, Dr. Al-Rahwi condemned the enemies of the nation—chief among them the Zionist entity—who resent Yemen’s commemoration. He stressed their animosity towards Islam and the Prophet sent by God as a mercy to all worlds.
He warned that these enemies relentlessly attempt to alienate the nation from its religion, Quran, and noble Messenger by pressuring for curriculum changes and the elimination of the concept of jihad. Meanwhile, they propagate hostile narratives in their own education systems, falsely claiming Arab lands as theirs and labeling themselves as “God’s chosen people.”
Highlighting the recent statements by the criminal Netanyahu, Dr. Al-Rahwi revealed the long-hidden expansionist agenda of the Zionist entity. He called for the unity of the Ummah to confront and thwart this plan, aiming to liberate Palestine and all other occupied Arab territories.
He underscored that the unity and cohesion displayed over the past decade form the backbone of Yemen’s resilience. He saluted the armed forces for shaking the Israeli entity through a series of strategic operations, including three recent strikes targeting key enemy positions.
Dr. Al-Rahwi also praised the Ministry of Interior’s leadership and personnel for their vigilance in confronting conspiracies, maintaining security, and ensuring stability. He highlighted the ministry’s comprehensive security plan designed to guarantee a safe and positive atmosphere for the central celebration.
