The following is the text of the message:

“With an outpouring of loyalty and with pride filling our hearts, we—your brothers and sons in the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff Presidency, and all members of the Armed Forces stationed at the frontlines of honor and fields of glory—are pleased and honored to extend to your Your Excellency our highest congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan. We pray to Allah Almighty to accept your fasting and night prayers, to protect you with His ever-watchful care, to grant you His support and assistance, to guide your steps as a supporter of the oppressed and a leader of the march of truth, and to make this blessed month a gateway to goodness and clear victory for us and for our Arab and Islamic Ummah. We also pray that He bestow upon you health and well-being and strengthen you with His power, success, support, and guidance.

As our Armed Forces live the atmosphere of this blessed month, they declare explicitly, placing their trust in and reliance upon Allah, that they are in full readiness to deal with any emergency or any recklessness the American or Zionist enemy may undertake. By the grace of Allah and thanks to your patronage and development of the military institution, our military capabilities have reached a level that enables us to enter any upcoming confrontation with full confidence and competence. Relying on Allah, the best Protector and Supporter, we will strike with an iron fist against any hand that seeks to undermine our religion, the sovereignty of our national soil, the dignity of our people, or the sanctities of our Ummah. We will neither show leniency, nor bargain, nor retreat. Our might is Yemeni, our will is Qur’anic, and our patience is strategic and inexhaustible. We will stand firmly with all the just causes of our Ummah, foremost among them the Palestinian cause, as a religious and moral duty that admits no compromise.

Once again, we renew our congratulations to you, to our steadfast Yemeni people, and to our Islamic Ummah on the occasion of this blessed month— the month of the Qur’an, blessings, jihad, and steadfastness. We highly appreciate your great efforts in building and developing the military institution, in manufacturing and training, until the Yemeni army has become a formidable force in the region. We pledge to you, as loyal men and sincere soldiers, that we will continue behind your leadership along the path of the great martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of Allah. Our determination will not falter, nor will our arms grow weary until decisive victory is achieved, by Allah's will, and every grain of sand is cleansed from the defilement of invaders and occupiers.

Victory to the homeland… mercy to the righteous martyrs…

Healing to the wounded… freedom to the prisoners…

Long live our Yemen, free, dignified, and victorious.
