Iran's emergency services have treated 15 people wounded in Israeli attacks, the head of the country's emergency organization, Jafar Miadfar, said on Monday, Iranian state television reported.

Fourteen of the injuries were sustained in Mahshahr, in the southwestern Khuzestan Province, where an Israeli attack also targeted the Karoun Mahshahr Petrochemical Company, causing facility damage, with one additional casualty recorded in the capital Tehran. No martyrs have been reported.

Miadfar said emergency services remain on full alert and are prepared to scale up medical response should the attacks continue.

Overnight Israeli aggression

The Israeli military said its aircraft bombed "targets" in western and central Iran early Monday.

The IRGC confirmed Iranian territory had been hit, saying the Israeli regime deployed air-launched ballistic missiles from outside Iranian airspace. Explosions were reported across Tehran, Tabriz, Isfahan, and Karaj.

Iran subsequently launched Operation Victory, targeting the Israeli air bases of Nevatim and Tel Nof in response to the Israeli assaults on Iranian territory. The Central Headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya later announced that a "painful response" had been delivered and that military operations were being halted, for now.

Iran warned it would resume confrontation with actions "much more severe and crushing than before," should US-Israeli aggression in Beirut and southern Lebanon continue.
