Yemen’s Public Telecommunication Corporation condemns detention of oil ships
Yemen’s public telecommunication corporation has condemned the aggression coalition countries’ detention of oil derivatives ships and their entry into Hodeidah port, according to the official SABA News Agency.
The Corporation affirmed in a statement that these illegal actions reveal the intentions of the aggressive and destructive coalition countries against the Yemeni people.
The statement called on the international community and UN and humanitarian organizations to take responsible positions more seriously to halt the aggression’s arbitrary practices that are contrary to all norms and humanitarian and international laws.
It warned that the continued deprivation of oil to the port of Hodeidah has serious implications and effects on the lives of millions of Yemeni civilians and causes severe damage to all economic and service activities.
The statement pointed out that the aggression coalition deliberately continues to detain oil ships poses a direct threat to the services of the public telecommunication corporation, which may cause it to stop, and its negative results will also lead in depriving hundreds of thousands of people to use telecom and Internet services as a humanitarian service guaranteed by international laws and legislation.
