Within a week, security services arrest 21 al-Qaeda members in Sanaa, Al-Baydha including leaders
The Yemeni security forces have arrested 21 members of Al-Qaeda organization, including leaders, in Al-Baydha governorate, and the capital Sanaa over the past week.
A statistic, issued by Interior Ministry on Monday, indicated that the security services seized on 23 to 30 August 1001 crimes, including 763 serious crimes.
The statistic stated about 206 accused of murder crimes were arrested and referred to legal investigations.
In the context of combating theft crimes, the statistic stated that 169 accused of 145 different theft crimes in various provinces.
On the other hand, the security forces added that 919 kg of narcotic hashish was seized and 47 suspects were arrested with possession.
The statistic affirmed that the security bodies arrested 56 collaborators with the Saudi-led aggression coalition.
