Looting one million barrels of crude oil last week revealed
An official source in the Yemeni Oil Company in Sana’a confirmed that influential mercenaries in the government of mercenaries plundered one million barrels of crude oil last week.
The company said that the Carmel tanker crossed the Suez Canal after it was shipped with one million barrels of crude oil from Bir Ali port in Shabwa on the 14th of this month, indicating that the total value of the looted shipment is estimated at more than 3 billion and 600 million Yemeni riyals.
The agent of Shabwah ,Al-Rasas Hussein Al-Bakri, confirmed earlier that the forces of the Emirati-Saudi invasion and occupation are still continuing to plunder and deplete Yemen’s oil wealth, indicating that it has recently deepened oil wells and drilled new ones in Al-Qusha area in Shabwa governorate.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Al-Wakeel Al-Rasas stated that oil is smuggled through the port of Qena (Bir Ali) in light of the open attempts of the mercenaries of aggression to hand over the port and lease it to the oil mafia.
He pointed out that the plundering of Yemeni oil continues as a result of feeding the occupation forces to conflicts, fighting and revolts between tribesmen in Shabwa governorate, according to a systematic criminal policy to impoverish and starve the Yemeni people.
Al-Rasas called on all tribes of Shabwa governorate and Yemen in general to sense the danger of this policy and criminal schemes by strengthening the factors of steadfastness ,standing together to confront the occupation forces and their mercenaries and stopping the plundering of Yemeni wealth.
