Ministry of Telecom.: Saudi-led Aggression Targeted Telecom. Networks, Facilities

Quting from al-masirah, Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology confirmed on Monday, that the US-Saudi aggression has systematically targeted 1,041 civilian telecom. facilities, with more than 2,409 airstrikes.

In statement on the occasion of World Telecommunication Day, it stated that the raids destroyed more than 30% of the infrastructure including the network and facilities. It pointed out to the fall of dozens of martyrs among employees working in this field.

It indicated that the the aggression and blockade led to preventing development of Internet capacities in Yemen. The company has not been able to complete project meant to extend submarine cables.
