Hamas mourns martyr Sayyed Nasrallah and stresses that his assassination will only strengthen the resistance

The Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas mourned to the Palestinian people, the Arab and Islamic nations, and the free people of the world the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary-General of Hezbollah, who was martyred with a group of his fellow leaders, in the “Al-Aqsa Flood” battle and on the road to Jerusalem, supporting the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance in confronting the Zionist enemy.

In a press statement today, Saturday, the movement offered its sincere condolences, sympathy, and solidarity to the brotherly Lebanese people and the brothers in Hezbollah and the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon.

It condemned in the strongest terms this barbaric Zionist aggression and targeting of residential buildings in Haret Hreik in the southern suburbs of Beirut, considering it a cowardly terrorist act, a massacre and a heinous crime, proving once again the bloodiness and brutality of this occupation, and that it is a rogue entity that disregards all international values, norms and covenants, and has begun to blatantly threaten international security and peace in light of international silence, helplessness and inaction.

It mourn with all meanings of patience and reward Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and his brothers, recalling with pride and honor its biography and career full of sacrifices for the sake of liberating Jerusalem and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the honorable positions supporting the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance and  legitimate rights, and its insistence on continuing the heroic support front for the

Palestinians in Al-Aqsa Flood, despite the great sacrifices and the enormity of the challenges, until he was martyred while continuing the same approach of support and backing for the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance.

Hamas stressed that the Zionist enemy bears full responsibility for this heinous crime and its dangerous repercussions on the security and stability of the region, and the US administration bears responsibility for its continued support for this enemy politically, diplomatically, militarily, security-wise and intelligence-wise, and its continued silence and failure to condemn, criminalize and stop this escalating Zionist terrorism against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples.
