An Iranian Health Ministry official announced that the Zionist regime's aggression against Iran has resulted in 627 martyrs and 4,870 wounded from various provinces across the country, until June 25, 2025. 

Hossein Kermanpour, the head of the Public Relations Department of the Iranian Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, wrote on Twitter on Wednesday that "Tehran and Kermanshah provinces (in the west of the country) recorded the largest number of martyrs and wounded as a result of these aggressive attacks." 

He added that the provinces of Khuzestan and Lorestan (southwest), Isfahan and Markazi (central), East Azerbaijan (northwest), Hamadan (west), and Zanjan and Gilan (north) rank third to tenth in terms of the number of martyrs and wounded in this aggression. 

Kermanpour also explained that 86.1% of the injured were martyred at the attack sites, while another 13.9% were martyred while being transported to hospitals.
