The Israeli newspaper Haaretz revealed that academic institutions linked to the Zionist regime are facing an unprecedented wave of boycotts across Europe, with over 750 documented cases of academic and research project suspensions.

According to the report, these boycotts include both public and discreet cancellations of educational and research collaborations, reflecting growing European criticism of the Zionist aggression against Gaza.

The paper noted that academic circles in several European countries are becoming increasingly cautious in their dealings with Israeli universities, amid rising demands for punitive measures against institutions affiliated with the occupying regime.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel has waged a campaign of genocidal warfare in Gaza—marked by mass killing, starvation, destruction, and forced displacement—while ignoring global appeals and defying orders from the International Court of Justice.

The ongoing assault, backed by the United States, has resulted in over 203,000 Palestinian casualties, including the dead and wounded—most of them children and women. More than 9,000 remain missing, with hundreds of thousands displaced and famine claiming countless lives.
