Standards Authority prevents the entry of children’s toys bearing the name “Israel”
The Yemeni Standardization Metrology and Quality Control Authority has prevented the entry of a class of children’s toys bearing the name “Israel” into the world map instead of Palestine.
In a communication issued by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the authority stated that this game was among dozens of educational tools provided by an international organization for the children of Yemen, which is a map of the world in English in the form of a plastic ball to be filled with air and the map includes the name of the state of the Zionist entity Israel instead of Palestine.
The authority confirmed that it would not allow the introduction of such tools and games that come in the name of aid for Yemen’s children.
