The Foreign and Oil Ministers affirm the importance of implementing a diplomatic campaign to expose the crimes of aggression
Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf Abdullah with Oil and Minerals Minister Ahmed Abdullah Dares in Sanaa discussed on Tuesday the implications of the continued siege of the Aggression Alliance and its detention of oil and gas derivatives ships.
The meeting touched on aspects related to the continuation of the alliance of aggression in the practice of collective punishment policy against the Yemeni people by preventing the entry of oil and gas ships into the port of Hodeidah.
“It is ironic that there continues to be consultations between the Yemeni parties to reach a just political settlement in light of the escalation of aggression and siege and the continuation of retaliatory practices against the Yemeni people on a daily basis,” he said.
The continued detention of ships loaded with oil and gas derivatives off the port of Hodeidah, compounds the repercussions of the humanitarian situation in Yemen,tHE minister of oil and minerals pointed out.
The ministers of foreign affairs, oil and minerals stressed the importance of carrying out a diplomatic campaign to expose the crimes of the countries of aggression and to invite the special envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Yemen Martin Griffiths and the countries sponsoring the political settlement process in Yemen.
