President Al-Mashat meets with the Speaker of Parliament

The President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi Al-Mashat on Tuesday met with Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i and his deputy Abdusalam Zabiah

In light of the continuing aggression and blockade, they discussed the developments in the national arena, and their implications for the humanitarian situation.

They touched on the role of the legislative authority in supporting the executive authority’s efforts to deal with the repercussions of the aggression and siege on the Yemeni people.

The President stressed the importance of enhancing coordination between the executive and legislative authorities to overcome the challenges imposed by the aggression and siege.
