Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades: Bombing US embassy at This Time Is “Not a Disciplined Behavior”
The Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades stated that bombing the US embassy in Iraq, at this time, is “not a disciplined behavior,” adding that “the competent authorities must arrest the perpetrators.”
The brigades condemned the “indiscriminate firing of the military barracks at the embassy, due to the threat it poses to civilian lives.”
The Hezbollah Brigades also called for “the evacuation of manifestations of US military activity in the residential areas of Baghdad.”
For his part, the Secretary-General of the “Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq” movement, Qais Khazali, wrote on Twitter that: “The decision of the Iraqi Resistance Coordination Committee is not to target the US embassy first.”
Khazali continued: “As for targeting the US occupation bases, it is a guaranteed right by the laws of heaven and earth, and we will not give it up until the liberation of our country and in revenge for our martyrs, however, the time for response has not come yet, but it is not far away.”
