Al-Hima district holds a cultural event on the occasion of Rajab Friday
On Tuesday, the Al-Hima district of Sanaa governorate held a cultural event on the occasion of the commemoration of Rajab Friday.
During the event organized by the Rehabilitation and Awareness Department in Sana’a governorate, in the presence of Ibrahim Hamid al-Deen, head of training and rehabilitation in the governorate, and Ali Al-Bashiri, Director General of the district, speeches were made that clarified the importance of reviving Friday of Rajab because of its great position in the hearts of the people of Yemen who had a prominent role in supporting the Prophet (PBUH).
The event stressed that the Yemeni people are most closely associated with Islam and the faith identity in behavior and action, stressing the importance of confronting the aggression plans that target the religion, values, morals and societal fabric of the Yemeni people.
The Friday of Rajab is the first Friday of the Hijri month of Rajab and it represents an expression of the Yemeni’s association with Islam because it is the day many delegations of them entered Islam.
