Hamas calls for the release of its detainees in Saudi Arabia
The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, affirmed that there is absolutely no justification for the arrest of Dr. Muhammad al-Khudari, his son and his Palestinian brothers in Saudi prisons, stressing that the principle is to honor them for what they have provided in service to the Kingdom and its people, not to arrest and torture them, especially since they have not committed any offense or crime.
Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said in a statement that the time has come to release all of them, specifically that the Ummah lives the days of the blessed month of Ramadan.
For nearly two years, Saudi Arabia has arrested dozens of Palestinians in its prisons on charges of aiding Gaza.
It is worth noting that the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, made an offer to the Saudi regime to exchange Palestinian prisoners for its captive pilots in Yemen, but it was rejected.
Abd al-Malik denounced Saudi Arabia’s provision of free services to the Zionist enemy and its identification with him in the humiliation of the Palestinian people and the arrest of their representatives on its lands, at a time when it provides all facilities to this occupying enemy and supports steps of normalization with it.
