Hodeidah: Receiving 10 released prisoners from Marib front
Hodeidah governorate received, on Monday, 10 prisoners of the army, the popular committees who were liberated from the grip of the aggression forces in Marib front.
At the reception, Yemeni officials valued the sacrifices made by the heroes on the fronts in defense of the homeland, praising the victories achieved by the heroes of the army and the popular committees in the face of aggression on various fronts.
They stressed that the prisoners’ sacrifices and heroism are appreciated and respected by all the people of the nation.
Meanwhile, the head of the governorate’s welfare division, Colonel Ahmed Maken Al-Qadimi, considered receiving the prisoners and celebrating their release as little as possible in exchange for what they offered for the sake of the homeland, stressing the keenness of the Ministry of Defense leadership to protect the lives of the prisoners, care for their families and take care of them.
For their part, the released prisoners appreciated the interest of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed. Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, in the prisoners ‘affairs and the follow-up of the Prisoners’ Affairs Committee and the Local Mediation Committee, expressing gratitude for the warm welcome and honor.
They indicated that the captivity period represents one of the stages of defending the homeland, stressing their return to the fields of steadfastness and continuing to defend the homeland, its sovereignty and its dignity.
The reception during which the heroic captives was honored, included a poem by a freed prisoner.
