Yemeni President congratulates Syrian President on his victory in the elections

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, the head of the Supreme Political Council, sent a cable of congratulations to Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, on the occasion of his victory in the presidential elections.
It says:
We extend our warmest congratulations to His Excellency Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad on the occasion of his victory in the presidential elections.

We also congratulate the brotherly Syrian people for the great success of the electoral process, which is considered an important victory station for the plots through which the enemies have sought for years to strike Syria and target its people, leadership, position and important role in the region.

The Syrian people chose their leadership voluntarily, and they expressed that will at the polls, and the cheering mass outcry with the victory and success of the electoral process is the greatest evidence of that will.

The electoral process in Syria expresses the victory of Syria over the American-Israeli project that wanted to destroy, dismantle and divide it. On the other hand, it is considered one of the factors that reveal the falsity of the American and Western claim to respect the will of the people.
