Several Air raids hit al-Bayda and Marib, 198 recorded violations in Hodeidah
The US-Saudi aggression forces continued to target the provinces of al-Bayda and Marib with air raids, and to commit more violations of the truce agreement on Hodeidah fronts.
A security source explained that the US-Saudi aggression launched 6 air raids on the Nata district in al-Bayda governorate, and two air raids on Serwah and Raghwan districts in Marib governorate.
The Liaison and Coordination Officers’ Operations Room, which monitors violations of the Stockholm Agreement and Ceasefire in Hodeidah, reported 198 violations staged by US-Saudi forces and mercenaries during the past 24 hours.
The source pointed out that the violations included two raids with spy drones in Al-Faza’a, developing new fortifications in Al-Fazah,Al-Jabalyah and At-Tuhayta, in addition to the flying of 13 spy drones over several areas. They staged six attacks with 55 artillery shelling, and 175 attacks with live bullets.
On a daily basis, the Saudi-led aggression violates the UN-backed agreement, reached between the warring sides during a round of UN-sponsored peace negotiations in Sweden in December 2018.
The agreement committed the parties to an immediate ceasefire in the city of Hodeidah and the ports of Hodeidah, Salif and Ras Issa, redeployment of forces, securing the ports, the establishment of the joint Redeployment Coordination Committee chaired by the United Nations, and the use of the revenues of the ports to support civil service salary payments.
The continuous violations by the forces of aggression in Hodeidah come in light of an international silence identifying the aggression and its crimes against the Yemeni people.
