The Prime Minister congratulates the Leader of the Revolution and the President of the Supreme Political Council on Independence Day

The Prime Minister, Mr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor, sent a cable of congratulations to the leader of the revolution, Sayyed. Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council, His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the glorious independence, November 30.
The Prime Minister expressed – through the telegram – the highest verses of congratulations and blessings in his name and on behalf of the members of the Council of Ministers to the Leader of the Revolution, the President and members of the Supreme Political Council, the heads of the parliamentary, judicial and consultative constitutional institutions, and all the masses of the free and proud Yemeni
people in Greater Yemen, on the occasion of the glorious Independence Day.

He pointed to the high status of this occasion in the life and conscience of the Yemeni people, and its important and growing symbolism in light of the aggression and blatant occupation the country is exposed to.
He said: “This occasion has dawned on the homeland and its free people for the eighth year in a row, as it confronts the forces of aggression and occupation and their malicious destructive plans that seek to control the capabilities of the homeland and its oil and gas wealth, and on its coasts and an island of a strategic nature, to serve its interests that are no longer hidden from anyone.
