Meeting chaired by PM discusses comprehensive boycott measures of Sweden and Netherlands

The National Salvation Government in Sanaa discussed on Saturday the executive measures of the directives and the steps to be taken to boycott Sweden and the Netherlands economically.

An expanded meeting, chaired by Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, the government decided to consider the directives referred to by the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, in his speech yesterday regarding confronting the global Zionist attack against Islam and its symbols, the latest of which was the burning of copies of the Holy Qur’an in Sweden and the Netherlands, as a program of action for state institutions executive.

bin Habtoor stressed the boycott should be coincided with a unified political and popular position against these repeated attacks on Islamic sanctities, such as burning copies of the Holy Qur’an, insulting the Prophet, as well as travesty in general of the true Islamic religion and its high moral values and principles.

The meeting pointed out that the freedom of opinion and false democracy claimed by Western countries and the culture of disparagement of others have no consideration, especially when it comes to religions and beliefs of peoples.

It pointed to the need for Western societies to respect international law that criminalizes infringement of religious beliefs.
